Software Development Agreement
This Agreement is made on 19th April 2025, by and between:
Developer: Rakaposh, with principal office at 1st Floor, Rafique Tower, Shahabpura, Sialkot, Pakistan.
Client: Irfan Habib, with principal office at Germany
1. Project Description
The Developer agrees to design, develop, and deliver the following:
1. A fully functional application supporting up to 10 languages.
2. One responsive landing page for web showcasing the app and/or business.
3. Deployment instructions, and documentation upon completion.
2. Scope of Work
• UI/UX implementation for all supported languages.
• Language translations to be provided by the Client.
• Cross-platform compatibility (if mobile), or modern browser support (if web).
• One round of revisions after the first delivery of each milestone.
• Testing and QA included before final handover.
3. Timeline
• Project duration: 3.5 months

4. Payment Terms
Total Project Fee: €4,000 EURO
Payment Schedule:
• 50% (€2,000) upfront as advance upon signing the contract.
• 10% (€400) upon purchase of Google Play and Apple App Store developer accounts (paid after login credentials or
receipts are shared by the Client).
• 40% (€1,600) upon final delivery and before deployment to app stores or hosting platforms.
Marketing expenditures are not included in this agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
• Provide timely access to necessary information, translations, and assets.
• Feedback and approval must be provided within 3 working days of each deliverable.
6. Revisions & Changes
• One revision per milestone is included.
• Any change requests outside of the original scope will be quoted separately.
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client will own all rights to the final delivered code and assets. The Developer reserves the right to
display the work in portfolios.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not share it with third parties.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. If terminated early:
• Work completed to date will be delivered.
• Payment for completed milestones is still due.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan & Germany.
