Software Development Agreement

1. Project Description

The Developer agrees to design and develop a web application using React.js and Next.js based on the

requirements provided by the Client. The project will be tailored to meet the specific needs outlined by the

Client prior to the start of development.

2. Scope of Work

The scope of the project includes only the features and functionalities explicitly mentioned and agreed upon

in the initial requirements document. Any additional features or modifications outside of the agreed scope will

require a separate agreement and additional budget.

3. Timeline

The Developer will deliver the project in accordance with the agreed project timeline. Any delays due to

scope changes or lack of timely feedback from the Client may result in adjustments to the timeline.

4. Budget and Payment Terms

Total Project Fee: [INR Amount] (inclusive of all services listed in the initial scope).

Payment Schedule:

- [X]% upfront upon signing of the contract.

showcase the work in portfolios or for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. In such a case:

- The Client agrees to pay for any work completed up to the termination date.

- All partially completed work will be handed over to the Client.

10. Dispute Resolution
