MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SESSION OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF BARANGAY DATU PANAS,
BUUG, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY HELD ON JANUARY 20, 2025 AT THE BARANGAY SESSION HALL OF
BARANGAY DATU PANAS AT 8:00 IN THE MORNING.

2. The 2nd Regular Session was called to order by the Punong Barangay Hon. Argie Manatad Sumpo,
3. presiding, at exactly 1:00 in the afternoon dated January 20, 2025.
4. B. 1 MINUTE PRAYER/ Led by Hon Reme Balasabas Alquizar.
5. C. ROLL CALL AND DECLARATION OF A QOURUM
6. Upon the discretion of the Chairman, Hon. Argie Manatad Sumpo, the Secretary called the Roll Call in which
7. it was found out that one (1) member of the Sangguniang Barangay was absent.
8. The Chairman, then, hereby declared the existence of a quorum.
9. D. READING AND CORRECTION AND APPROVAL OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES.
10. Copies were furnished to the members, minutes of the 1st Regular Session dated January 6, 2025.
11. The Chairman, what is the pleasure of the body?
12. HON. BEBINA B. KABAYAO, Mr. Chairman. Since, we already have the copy of the previous minutes, I
13. move, to suspend the Rule of Reading by the Secretary and to review by each Sangguniang Member.

15. The Chairman. Any comments, remarks and objections? There being none motion approved.
16. OBSERVATION:
17. HON. ERIC SUMPO SECRETARIO, Mr. Chairman, on Page 2 line 64, to correct the name of Mrs Londiano to Mrs
18. Lodiano.
19. Duly noted by the August Body.
20. HON. RODELO GALLOBE MALINAO, Mr. Chairman, I think the August Body has no other corrections, I
21. move to accept the minutes of the 1st Regular Session dated January 6, 2025, as read for final approval, as corrected.

23. E. CHIEF EXECUTIVE REPORT :
24. The Executive Officer, Hon. Argie Manatad Sumpo, Punong Barangay informed the August Body, that, he has
25. designated Hon. Rodelo g. Malinao, Barangay Kagawad to represent him at the meeting on January 17, 2025 at around
26. 9:00 in the morning.
27. Hon. Rodelo G. Malinao, Barangay Kagawad, informed the August Body, that on February 10 to February 21, 2025, we
28. shall have a scheduled Agri-Fair, the construction for the Agri-fair both shall start on February 1, 2025, with a
29. mensuration of 3 x 3 meters with an allowable extension of 1 meter only, our cluster shall be composed of Barangay
30. Datu Panas, Barangay Manlin and Barangay Lantawan.
31. Duly noted by the August Body.
32. The Chief Executive informed the August Body, that, subject Heavy Equipment from the Province are still un available
33. and are still under repair, hence the delay, further informing on the 2.5 million budget for solar street lights is approved
34. and subject for installation, contractor have already surveyed the area on the location of the street lights and will be
35. available on the soonest possible time and on the case for the street dogs we have already adopted the municipal
36. ordinance and should be strictly enforced. Informing on the Installation of Hand Pump and the concreting of Barangay
37. alley at Purok 7 is now completed and the Hapag under the Municipal Agriculture Office shall restart this year on the
38. same basis and category.

65. J.1. HON. BEBINA B. KABAYAO, I would like to inform the August Body that the RHU-Buug recently acquired a
66. report on our first case of Foot and Mouth decease which is reported to be contagious, it is advised by the Municipal
67. RHU to monitor the St. Paul School on its health status as not to spread the FMD to neighboring student and personnel
68. as it is being monitored by our Health personnel.
