NOTICE U/S 25 OF THE PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT SYSTEMS ACT, 2007

Under the instructions and on behalf of my client State Bank of India, a


body Corporate constituted under State Bank of India Act, 1955, having its
corporate office at Madame Cama Road, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400021 arid
having it Home Loan Centre at A-1/24, Janakpuri, Najafgarh, New Delhi-110058
wherein the present the loan account is being maintained (hereinafter referred to as
"Client") do hereby serve upon you the present legal notice:

1. That my client is providing banking and financial services and provides


various types of loans to its customers depending upon their needs and
requirements upon certain terms and conditions as agreed between the bank
and the customer. That you the above named addressee applied for Home
Loan and my client assuming your intentions to be bonafide and after
verifying your credentials approved the above mentioned loan facility.

2. That the loan amount of Rs. 17,00,000/- was approved on 07.02.2020 to the
above named addressee as per the Loan Agreement and after fulfillment of all
the formalities and a Loan Account No. 39127530016 was made operational in
your name the above named addressee.

3. That you the above named addressee assured my client at the time of
executing the Loan Agreement that all the terms and conditions will be
complied by you such as timely repayment of Equated Monthly Installments.
That you the above named addressee agreed to repay the loan amount
through SI and gave my client the SI Mandate for deducting the EMI towards
the repayment of loan.

4. That as per the understanding reached between my client and you, my client
was given SI Mandate by you to debit the EMI amount from your Sayings
Bank A/C number 30200675122.

5. That as per the Agreement, my client presented the SI Mandate of Rs.


18,341/- for debiting your account towards the payment of the EMI but to the
utmost shock and surprise to my client the above mentioned amount was
dishonored on 07.06.2025.

6. That you the above named addressee have failed and neglected to discharge
your liability and repay the EMI amount due despite the repeated call and
reminders.

7. That from your conduct it is clear that you is trying to intentionally deceit and
forfeit the legally recoverable amount of my client, withheld by you the above
named addressee causing wrongful loss to my client and wrongful gain to
yourself.

8. That you the above named addressee is hereby informed through this legal
notice that the SI dishonor and non-payment of same within 15 days of
receiving this notice is an offence u/s 25 of the Payment and Settlement
Systems Act, 2007 and you will be liable to be prosecuted for the above
mentioned offence which will attract imprisonment for a term of 2 years, or
with double the fine or both. You will further be liable to be prosecuted for the
offence of cheating and criminal breach of trust.

I, on behalf of my client, call upon you the above named addressee through
the present legal notice to make the payment of the dishonored SI amount of Rs.
18,341/-/- and arrears along with Rs. 5,500/- as charges of this legal notice within
15 days from the date of receipt of this legal notice, failing which I have clear
instructions from my client to initiate criminal and civil action against you before
the competent authority, needless to say entirely at your own cost and risk.

A copy of this legal notice has been retained by me for future reference and
action
