ONLY CHRIST CAN GIVE ETERNAL LIFE
The course 'Abundant Life' will be developed in five lessons based on the Gospel of John. This is a writing that
narrates the Life, Teaching, and Work of Jesus Christ, who is the Only One who can give Abundant Life.

LESSON III
SECURITY OF SALVATION THROUGH CHRIST
Salvation is not lost

Salvation is not earned by practicing a religion or by doing good works. The only way to be
salvation is through faith in Jesus Christ, freely. Therefore, once we have received it and not
We can lose it because it does not depend on us, but on God, who gives it as a gift.
Let's keep thinking about this while reading some paragraphs from the Gospel according to Saint John.

LESSON IV
UNITED WITH CHRIST

By receiving Christ into our lives as Lord and Savior, He gives us freedom from the power of the

we lose salvation, we will fall back into slavery to the powers of darkness.
Let us read and analyze some paragraphs from the Gospel of John.

that has not yet learned to remain in Him; it does not mean that Jesus has left, but only that

right now and thank God for His Son Jesus Christ and for His Word in which it is

JESUS CHRIST SOURCE OF PEACE AND JOY

Many who have received Jesus in their hearts still have no great achievements.
In their inner life, there is no joy or peace. Sometimes they are filled with fears, at the
diseases, to suffering in general or death. If this is happening in your
life is because there is still darkness in it: resentments against someone; sins
who have not confessed, nor left; or some other cause, that the Holy Spirit
It will help to discover if you persevere in following Jesus. Do not be discouraged, just started.

Following Jesus is knowing his teachings and obeying him in everything, doing
always his will.
The Abundant Life that God offers us through Jesus, we experience it.
more and more in our lives, as we learn to walk in the Spirit,
talking with Him, and living in community, to serve others.
The upcoming lessons will help us live this way. We will begin to
use the entire New Testament and then the complete Bible.
