7-Day Daily Routine

☕️Morning (7–8 AM)


1 glass Beetroot + Mint + Lemon Juice (blended + strained)

4 soaked almonds + 1 soaked fig or date + Pineapple

🍽️Breakfast (8:30–9:30 AM)


Option 1: 1 boiled egg + whole wheat toast + 1 glass milk + Plain yogurt

☕️Mid-Morning (11 AM)


1 glass fennel seeds (saunf) water or lemon water

🍽️Lunch (1:30–2:30 PM)


1 roti + light sabzi (like lauki, bhindi, tinda)

Cucumber mint raita + Salad (cucumber + onion + tomato + lemon)

💧 Afternoon (4–5 PM)


Option: Cucumber + Mint juice (chilled) + 1 banana or handful of dates + 1 boiled egg

🏃 Evening (6–8 PM)


Workout: Cardio + weight training (as per routine)

🍽️Dinner (9–9:30 PM)


1 roti + daal or light sabzi + 2 boiled egg for protein + Light salad + Pine apple

🌚 Night (10–10:30 PM)


1 glass warm water with a pinch of turmeric or soaked fennel water

Apply aloe vera gel or rosewater to face
