INGREDIENTS
2 ounces vodka
6 ounces ginger beer
1/4 ounce fresh-squeezed lime juice
Lime garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Fill two copper mugs with ice.
2. Pour 1 ounce vodka and 1/2
ounce lime juice over ice in each
mug. Pour ginger beer into each
cup until mostly full then stir.
3. Garnish with mint and lime
wedge to serve.
FRESH LIME
MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup Triple Sec
1/2 cup tequila
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons superfine sugar
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1-1/3 cups crushed ice
4 lime wedges
DIRECTIONS
1. In a pitcher, combine the first 5
ingredients; stir until sugar is
dissolved.
2. Moisten rims of 4 margarita or
cocktail glasses with lime
wedges.
3. Sprinkle salt on a plate; dip rims
in salt. Serve over crushed ice in
prepared glasses.
PALOMA
INGREDIENTS
1-1/2 ounces tequila
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 cup grapefruit soda or sparkling
peach citrus soda
Dash salt
Grapefruit wedge
DIRECTIONS
1. In a highball glass filled with ice,
combine salt, tequila and lime
juice. Top with soda. Garnish
with lime.
PIÑA COLADA
INGREDIENTS
2-1/4 cups unsweetened pineapple
juice
1 can (15 ounces) cream of coconut
1-1/2 cups light rum
6 cups crushed ice
Pineapple wedges
DIRECTIONS
1. In a 2-qt. pitcher, combine
pineapple juice, cream of
coconut and rum. Refrigerate,
covered, until chilled.
2. For each serving, add a generous
cup of rum mixture and 1 cup ice
to a blender. Process, covered,
until smooth.
3. Pour into a chilled hurricane or
highball glass. Cut a 1-in. slit into
tip of a pineapple wedge; slide
wedge over rim of glass.
MUDSLIDE
INGREDIENTS
16 oz vanilla ice cream (about 4
scoops or 2 cups)
1 cup ice
2 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
2 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
2 oz espresso vodka
2 tbsp Chocolate syrup
1/4 cup Whipped cream
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine Bailey’s Irish Cream,
Kahlua, vodka, ice cream, and ice in
the blender. Pulse until smooth.
2. To drizzle the inside of the class,
hold it in one hand and hold a
bottle of chocolate syrup in the
other. Tilt the glass at about 45°
angle and start pouring chocolate
on the inside side of the glass. Turn
the glass as you pour the syrup in a
swirl all around the glass.
3. Pour the Mudslide mixture into the
prepared glass.
4. Garnish with whipped cream and
some more chocolate syrup on top.
ZOMBIE
COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS
1 ounce white rum
1 ounce golden rum
1 ounce dark rum
1 ounce apricot brandy
1 ounce pineapple juice
1 ounce papaya juice
½ ounce 151-proof rum
Dash of grenadine
Slice of lime
DIRECTIONS
1. Shake all the ingredients except
for the 151-proof rum together in
a shaker.
2. Pour the mixture into a glass.
3. Pour the 151-proof rum on the top
of the drink.
4. You can definitely light your
Zombie on fire at this point if
you want.
5. Garnish with a cherry, a slice of
lime.
H I S K EY SOUR
W
INGREDIENTS
2 ounces whiskey
1-1/2 ounces sour mix
Ice cubes
Orange wedge and maraschino
cherry, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Fill a shaker three-fourths full
with ice. Add whiskey and sour
mix. Cover and shake until
condensation forms on outside of
shaker, 10-15 seconds.
2. Strain into a chilled wine or sour
glass. Garnish as desired.
TEQUILA
SUNRISE
INGREDIENTS
1 to 1-1/4 cups ice cubes
1-1/2 ounces tequila
4-1/2 ounces orange juice
1-1/2 teaspoons grenadine syrup
Orange slice and maraschino cherry,
for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Place ice in a glass. Pour the
tequila and orange juice into the
glass. Slowly pour grenadine over
a bar spoon into the center of the
drink. Garnish as desired.

INGREDIENTS
2 ounces vodka
3 ounces orange juice
1 orange slice
1/2 to 3/4 cup ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
1. Place ice in a rocks glass. Pour
the vodka and orange juice into
the glass. Garnish with orange
slice.
MIMOSA
INGREDIENTS
2 ounces champagne or other
sparkling wine, chilled
2 ounces orange juice
1/2 ounce Triple Sec
1 orange slice
DIRECTIONS
1. Pour champagne into a
champagne flute or wine glass.
Pour the Triple Sec and orange
juice into the glass. Garnish as
desired.
MARTINI
INGREDIENTS
3 ounces gin or vodka
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
Pimiento-stuffed olives
Ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
1. Fill a shaker three-fourths full
with ice. Add gin and vermouth;
cover and shake until

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. London dry gin
4 oz. tonic water
2 fresh lime wedges (or garnish of

1. Fill a glass with ice, then add the
gin.
2. Top with the tonic water and
gently stir.
3. Garnish with lime slices.
TOM COLLINS
INGREDIENTS
2 fl oz gin
1 fl oz lemon juice
4 tsp sugar syrup
sparkling water to top
ice cubes
1 slice of lemon and Maraschino
cherry, for garnis
DIRECTIONS
1. Shake the ingredients with ice
and strain into a highball over
fresh ice. Top with sparkling
water and garnish with a slice of
lemon.
A P E R O L S P RITZ
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ ounces fresh orange juice, plus
orange slices for garnish
3 ounces chilled Aperol, 2 shots
3 ounces chilled dry prosecco, 2
shots
Ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
1. Fill a wine goblet with ice nearly
to the top.
2. Pour in the orange juice, Aperol,
and prosecco.
3. Add an orange slice for garnish.
GIN ESPRESSO
MARTINI
INGREDIENTS
25ml espresso
50ml gin, such Sipsmith London Dry
Gin
25ml coffee liqueur or triple sec
3 coffee beans, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine the ingredients in an
ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake
very well. Look for the ‘crema' or
foam on top of a good espresso,
built by shaking the drink a little
harder than other drinks.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail
glass. Garnish with coffee beans.
BLOODY MARY
INGREDIENTS
200ml vodka
50ml fino sherry
1 litre tomato juice
½-1 tbsp finely grated fresh
horseradish
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tsp Tabasco
Pinch of freshly ground black
pepper
1-2 tsp celery salt
1 tsp caster sugar
Juice of ½ lemon
Tomato slice
Celery sticks
DIRECTIONS
1. In a glass, whisk all the
ingredients apart from the lemon
slices and celery sticks, then add
the lemon slices and plenty of
ice.
2. To serve, pour into glasses and
add a celery stick to each one.
BRAMBLE
INGREDIENTS
10 ml Crème de Mure
50 ml Gin
25 ml Lemon Juice
12 1/2 ml Sugar Syrup
Blackberry and raspberry
DIRECTIONS
1. Add all ingredients into mixing
glass. Fill mixing glass with
cubed ice and fill rocks glass with
crushed ice. Shake for 10
seconds. Strain mixture into
glass and top up with crushed
ice.
2. Pour creme de mure over drink
using bar spoon. Garnish with
blackberry and raspberry.
AMARETTO
SOUR
INGREDIENTS
50 ml Amaretto
25 ml Lemon Juice
12 1/2 ml Simple Syrup
Dash Egg-White
Dash Angostura Bitter
Lemon Zest
Brandied cherries, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Add all ingredients into mixing
glass. Dry shake for 5 seconds.
Add cubed ice into shaker and
shake for 10 seconds. Fill rocks
glass with cubed ice and strain
mixture into glass.
2. Garnish with lemon zest,
spreading the oils across the
glass.
STRAWBERRY
DAIQUIRI
INGREDIENTS
4 oz. light rum
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped,
plus more for garnish
10 oz. frozen strawberries, chopped
DIRECTIONS
1. To a blender, add rum, fresh and
frozen strawberries and blend
until smooth.
2. Pour into two glasses and garnish
with whole strawberries.
LONG ISLAND
ICED TEA
INGREDIENTS
15 ml Vodka
15 ml Gin
15 ml White Rum
15 ml Triple Sec
15 ml Tequila
25 ml Lemon Juice
30 ml Gomme syrup, splash of Cola
Lemon and lime slices
DIRECTIONS
1. Begin by chilling highball glass
with soda water and ice.
2. Add all ingredients (except the
cola) into a mixing tin. Add ice to
tin and shake for 10 seconds. Add
fresh ice to highball glass and
add splash of cola.
3. Strain the ingredients into glass.
Add lemon slice and Iime slice.
IRISH OLD
FASHIONED
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Irish Whiskey
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 tsp. sugar
2 orange slices, divided
1 orange peel, for garnish
1 maraschino cherry, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Muddle sugar, bitters and 1
orange slice at the bottom of an
old fashioned glass.
2. Fill with ice and whiskey; stir.
Garnish with a cherry and orange
peel.
SANGRIA
INGREDIENTS
1 Granny Smith or other green
apple, cored and chopped
1 orange, thinly sliced, then sliced
into quarters
1 lime, sliced
⅓ cup raspberries or sliced
strawberries
1 (750 mL) bottle Tempranillo,
Garnacha, or Rioja wine
½ cup orange juice
¼ to ½ cup Cointreau or Grand
Marnier
DIRECTIONS
1. Place the apple, orange, lime,
and raspberries in a large
pitcher. Pour in the wine, orange
juice, and Cointreau or Grand
Marnier and stir. Chill overnight.
2. Serve in glasses filled with ice.
FROZEN
PROSECCO
INGREDIENTS
1 bottle sparkling Prosecco
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 1/2 tsp sugar optional
zest of one orange, optional for
garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Pour the Prosecco it into a 13 x 9
inch baking tray. Place in the
freezer overnight.
2. Place the frozen Prosecco into a
blender in chunks and add the
orange juice, ice cubes, sugar
and orange zest.
3. Blend on high until the mixture is
smooth. Add zest of orange for
garnish. Serve and enjoy!
D I R T Y S H I R LEY
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Fresh lime juice
1 oz. Grenadine
4 oz. Lemon-lime soda
Raspberry, strawberry, or cherry, for
garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour
vodka, lime juice, and grenadine
over ice. Add lemon-lime soda
and stir with a long-handled
spoon to combine.
2. Serve topped with raspberry,
strawberry, or cherry.
SALTY DOG
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3 1/2 oz. Grapefruit juice
Grapefruit slices
Sea salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Add vodka and grapefruit juice to
a shaker with ice, and shake.
2. Wet the rim of a cocktail glass
with grapefruit slice, and roll the
outside of the rim in sea salt.
3. Add ice to glass and pour.
Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
NEGRONI
INGREDIENTS
1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Orange peel and a pinch of salt, for
garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a
mixing glass with ice, and stir
until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a double Old
Fashioned glass over fresh ice.
3. Express orange peel over the
drink and drop into the glass with
a pinch of salt.
FRENCH 75
INGREDIENTS
1 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Lemon juice
1/2 oz. Simple syrup
4 oz. Champagne
Long lemon twist, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine gin, lemon juice, and
simple syrup in a cocktail shaker
with ice, and shake.
2. Strain into a champagne flute,
and top with champagne.
3. Carve a long, thin strip of lemon
peel with a channel knife and coil
into a glass.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz. Citron vodka
1/2 oz. Cointreau or other orange
liqueur
1/2 oz. Lime juice
1/2 oz. Cranberry juice
Slice of lime
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine vodka, orange liqueur,
and juices in a cocktail shaker
with ice, and shake.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail
glass.
3. Garnish with a slice of lime.
AMERICANO
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz. Campari
1 1/2 oz. Sweet vermouth
3 oz. Soda water
Orange slice, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine Campari, vermouth, and
soda water in a Collins glass with
ice.
2. Garnish with orange slice.
LAST WORD
INGREDIENTS
3/4 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Green chartreuse
3/4 oz. Maraschino liqueur
3/4 oz. Lime juice
Brandied cherry, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a
cocktail shaker with ice, and
shake.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail
glass and top with a brandied
cherry.
SIDE CAR
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Brandy or Cognac
1 oz. Cointreau
3/4 oz. Lemon juice
Sugar, for rim
DIRECTIONS
1. Wet rim of a chilled cocktail glass
with a lemon wedge and roll in
sugar.
2. Combine all ingredients in a
cocktail shaker with ice, and
shake.
3. Strain into sugared glass.
CAIPIRINHA
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Cachaça
2 tsp. Sugar
Lime (use 2 if the lime lacks
juiciness)
Lime wheel, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Cut the lime into wedges, and
remove the pith (white, fibrous
middle portion of the lime).
2. Place the lime wedges and sugar
into an Old Fashioned glass and
muddle well.
3. Add the cachaça and stir.
4. Fill the glass with ice and place
the lime wedge on the rim, if
desired.
MANHATTAN
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Bourbon or rye whiskey
1 oz. Sweet red vermouth
3 dashes Angostura or orange
bitters
Cherry, for garnish
Orange peel, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine the whiskey, vermouth
and bitters in a cocktail mixing
glass.
2. Fill the mixing glass with 1
handful ice and stir continuously
for 30 seconds.
3. Strain into a coupe or cocktail
glass. Garnish with a cherry and
orange peel and serve.
KIR ROYALE
INGREDIENTS
3-4 tablespoons Crème de Cassis,
Crème de Framboise or Chambord
1 (750 ml) bottle dry sparkling wine
or Champagne, chilled
1/4 cup fresh raspberries, optional
DIRECTIONS
1. Add 2 to 3 teaspoons Crème de
Cassis to each flute. Drop in 3 to
4 raspberries, if desired.
2. Fill each flute with sparkling
wine. Serve immediately.
VESPER
INGREDIENTS
3 oz. London dry gin
1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Lillet or Cocchi Aperitivo
Americano
Wide strip of lemon zest, for
garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine ingredients in a mixing
glass and fill with ice. Stir well
until chilled, about 20 seconds,
and strain into chilled cocktail
glass.
2. Squeeze a wide strip of lemon
zest over the drink and use as
garnish.
MINT JULEP
INGREDIENTS
8 to 10 leaves fresh mint
1 teaspoon sugar, to taste, dissolved
in 1 teaspoon (5ml) water (or use 2
teaspoons of simple syrup)
Crushed ice
2 to 3 oz. Bourbon, to taste
Mint sprigs, for garnish, optional
DIRECTIONS
1. Place dissolved sugar or simple
syrup at the bottom of a julep
cup. Add mint leaves and gently
bruise with a wooden muddler or
a wooden spoon.
2. Half-fill glass with crushed ice
and add bourbon, stirring to
combine.
3. Fill glass completely with
crushed ice and stir until outside
of glass frosts. Serve with a short
straw, if desired.
DARK 'N
STORMY
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Dark rum
3 oz. Ginger beer
1/2 oz. Lime juice (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Add rum.
2. Pour in ginger beer and lime
juice and stir.
3. Garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy.
CLOVER CLUB
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Lemon juice
1/4 oz. Raspberry syrup
1 Large egg white
1 teaspoon Granulated sugar
Fresh raspberries, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. In a cocktail shaker with ice
cubes, pour the gin, lemon juice,
raspberry syrup, egg white, and
sugar.
2. Shake vigorously (more than
normal to properly mix the egg
and sugar).
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail
glass.
4. Garnish with a skewer of fresh
raspberries. Serve and enjoy.
GIN FIZZ
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Freshly squeezed lemon or
lime juice
3/4 oz. Simple syrup
1 small or medium egg white
2 oz. soda water, or to taste
Lemon peel and wheel, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Pour the gin, lemon or lime juice,
simple syrup, and egg white (if
using) into a cocktail shaker
filled with ice.
2. Shake vigorously, about 15
seconds if using the egg white, to
ensure it is mixed thoroughly
with the other ingredients.
3. Strain into a chilled highball
glass over fresh ice cubes.
4. Top with soda and garnish with a
lime peel or wheel.
GODFATHER
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. blended scotch or bourbon
1/4 oz. amaretto
DIRECTIONS
1. Fill a mixing glass 2/3 full of ice.
Add the scotch and amaretto and
stir until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a rocks glass over
fresh ice.
HURRICANE
INGREDIENTS
½ cup Fresh orange juice
2 oz. Light rum
2 oz. Dark rum
¼ cup Passion fruit nectar
2 tablespoons Grenadine or
maraschino cherry juice
2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
½ cup Passion fruit-flavored
sparkling water (such as LaCroix)
Maraschino cherries and orange
slices for garnish
Ice
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine orange juice, light rum,
dark rum, passion fruit nectar,
grenadine (or cherry juice) and
lime juice in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice. Cover and shake
vigorously until chilled.
2. Strain the mixture evenly into 2
ice-filled hurricane glasses. Top
each with ¼ cup sparkling water.
Garnish with a cherry and an
orange slice, if desired.
HOT TODDY
INGREDIENTS
50ml Whisky
3 tsp Honey
1 Cinnamon stick , snapped in half
1 lemon, half juiced and half sliced
2 cloves, optional
DIRECTIONS
1. Whisk the whisky and honey
together and split between 2
heatproof glasses. Add half of the
cinnamon stick to each, then top
up with 200ml boiling water.
2. Add a splash of lemon juice to
each. Finish each with a slice of
lemon, studded with a clove, and
serve immediately.
KAMIKAZE
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Triple sec
1 oz. Freshly squeezed lime juice
Lime wheel, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice
cubes, pour the vodka, triple sec,
and lime juice.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail
glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Serve and enjoy.
PISCO SOUR
INGREDIENTS
3 oz. Pisco
1 oz. Fresh-squeezed lime juice
3/4 oz. Simple syrup
1 Fresh egg white
1 dash Angostura or Amargo bitters
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine pisco, lime, simple
syrup, and egg white in a cocktail
shaker without ice and seal.
Shake vigorously until egg white
is foamy, about 10 seconds. Add
ice to shaker and shake again.
2. Strain into chilled cocktail glass;
dash bitters atop the egg-white
foam.
SEA BREEZE
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3 oz. Cranberry juice
1 1/2 oz. Grapefruit juice or fresh
squeezed
1 wedge lime
DIRECTIONS
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the vodka, cranberry juice
and grapefruit juice into the
shaker.
3. Strain into a tall glass filled with
ice.
4. Garnish with lime wedge and
cherry.
VODKA TONIC
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Vodka
1/4 oz. Freshly squeezed lime juice,
to taste
4-6 oz. Tonic water, to taste
Lime wedge or wheel, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. In a highball glass filled with ice,
pour the vodka and lime juice.
2. Fill with tonic and stir. Garnish
with a lime wedge. Serve and
enjoy.
WHITE LADY
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Orange liqueur
1 oz. Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
1/2 oz. Simple syrup
1 Egg white
DIRECTIONS
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and
add in all of the ingredients.
2. Shake for 30 seconds, then strain
into a cocktail coupe.
LEMON DROP
MARTINI
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 to 3/4 oz. Simple syrup, to taste
Granulated sugar, for rimming
Lemon wedge, for rimming
Lemon twist, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Rim a cocktail glass with sugar:
Place the sugar in a shallow dish.
Wipe a lemon wedge around the
glass to wet the surface, then dip
it into the sugar. Set aside to dry
while you mix the drink.
2. In a cocktail shaker filled with
ice, pour the vodka, lemon juice,
and simple syrup.
3. Strain into the rimmed glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist. Serve
and enjoy.
CUBA LIBRE
INGREDIENTS
1 oz. Rum
2 oz. Cola
Cubed ice
2 Wedges of lemon or lime
DIRECTIONS
1. Fill a glass with lots of ice
2. Squeeze and drop 2 lime or
lemon wedges into the glass,
coating the ice well with the
juices.
3. Pour in the rum, top up with
chilled cola and stir gently.
