Mango Slush

Ingredients:
- 2 oz bourbon (or rye whiskey)
- 1/4 oz sweet vermouth
- 3 dashes of bitters
Garnish: maraschino cherry

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail


shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled
martini glass and garnish with
cherry.

Honey Mojito

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 4 or 5 mint leaves
- juice of 1 lime
- 4 of club soda
- 1 oz honey simple syrup*
Garnish: lime wheel

Muddle mint leaves with honey


simple syrup in a mixing glass.
Squeeze lime juice and add rum to
shake with ice. Top with club soda
and garnish with lime wheel.

To make honey simple syrup, mix 4


parts honey to 1 part hot water.

Smoky Pear Margarita
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz pear infused silver tequila
dash tobala Mescal
1/2 oz fresh sour
1/2 oz lime
1/2 oz triple sec

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail


shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled
martini glass and garnish with pear
slice. (Cocktail created by Eben

Mojito
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 1 tbs superfine sugar
- Lime wedges
- Club soda
- Mint sprigs

Muddle mint leaves, superfine sugar


and lime in a mixing glass. Add 1
1/2 oz light rum and ice in a cocktail
shaker and shake. Strain the mixture
into a tall glass and top with club
soda. Garnish with fresh mint sprig.
Sugarcane syrup can be used to
replace superfine sugar.

Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz silver tequila
- juice of half lime
- 1 oz orange curacao (or Cointreau)
Garnish: lime wedge
Rim: salt
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail
hacker with ice. Pour into a
margarita glass rimmed with salt and
garnish with lime wedge.
Agave Nectar Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz reposado tequila
- juice of half lime
- 1 oz agave nectar
- 1/2 oz water
Garnish: lime wedge
Rim: salt (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail


shaker with ice. Pour into a salt-
rimmed margarita glass and garnish
with lime wedge.

Caipirinha

(Pronounced 'KIE-PUR-REEN-YAH')
Ingredients:
- 2 oz cachaça
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 lime (cut into chunks)
- ice cubes
Garnish: lime wedge or wheel (optional)

Muddle lime with sugar in a rocks glass.


Fill the glass with ice. Pour cachaça and
stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Bloody Mary

Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka
- 3 oz Tomoto Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- Black Pepper & Salt
- 3 dashes Worcestershire
- 2 drops tabasco sauce
- Garnish: Lemon Wedge, Celery
- Glassware: Highball Glass
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker
with ice and strain into a highball glass
over crushed ice. Garnish with the
lemon wedge.

History:
Bloody Mary was invented in the 1920s
by an American bartender, Fernand
Petiot at Harry's New York Bar in Paris.
The original recipe called for equal parts
of vodka and tomato juice In 1934,
Petiot added black and cayenne pepper,
Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce
and lemon juice to spice up the drink for
New Yorkers when he moved back to
the States and worked at the King Cole
Bar, St. Regis. Petiot notes, "one of the
boys suggested we call the drink Bloody
Mary because it reminded him of the
Bucket of Bloody Club in Chicago, and
a girl there named Mary."

Pina Colada

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz coconut cream
- 1 cup crushed ice
Garnish: cherry and pineapple

Mix all ingredients in a blender until


smooth. Pour into a tall glass and
garnish with fruits.
French 75
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 2 oz Lemon Juice
- Champagne
- 2 tsp Superfine Sugar
- Garnish: Cherry

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker


with ice except champagne. Strain into a
champagne flute (or collins glass). Top
with champagne. Garnish with cherry.

Apple Martini
2 part Vodka
1 part Apple Schnapps
Splash of lemon Juice
Garnish: Apple Slice

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker


with ice. Strain into a chilled martini
glass and garnish with apple slice.

Sour Apple Martini


2 part Vodka
1 part Apple Schnapps
1 part ginger ale
Splash of Lime Juice
Garnish: Apple Slice

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker


with ice. Strain into a chilled martini
glass and garnish with apple slice.

Sour Green Apple Martini


2 part Vodka
1 part Apple Schnapps
Splash of Midori Liqueur
Splash of Lime Juice
Garnish: Green Apple Slice
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
with ice. Strain into a chilled martini
glass and garnish with apple slice.

Classic Apple Martini


1 part Vodka
1 part Apple Schnapps
Splash of Dry Vermouth
Garnish: Apple Slice

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker


with ice. Strain into a chilled martini
glass and garnish with apple slice.

Apple Seed
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Jose Cuervo Especial tequila
- 1/2 oz creme de cassis
- 1 1/2 oz apple juice
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Club soda Garnish: apple wedge

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker


with ice except club soda. Pour into a
tall glass and top with club soda.
Garnish with apple wedge.

Vodka Martini
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1/4 oz Dry Vermouth
- Garnish: Cocktail Olive
Glassware: Cocktail Glass

Mix (or stir) all ingredients in a cocktail


shaker (or in a mixing glass). Strain into
a chilled cocktail glass.
Long Island Iced Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz Light Rum
- 1 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz GranGala Orange Liqueur
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 3 oz Cola
- Garnish: Lime Wedge and cherry
Mix Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, lemon
juice, and superfine sugar in a shaker
with ice. Strain into a highball glass and
garnish with lemon slice.

Lime Island Ice Tea


Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz. Smirnoff Lime Vodka
- 1/5 oz. Tanqueray Gin
- 1/4 oz. Captain Morgan Rum
- 1/4 oz. Jose Cuervo Especial
- 1/4 oz. Triple Sec
- Splash of Sour Mix
- Cola
Garnish: Lime wheel

Mix all ingredients with ice in a cocktail


shaker with ice. Pour the ingredients
(including ice) into a highball glass. Add
cola to taste. Garnish with lime wheel.

Estate Ruby Martini


Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 parts Wyborowa Single Estate
vodka
- 1/2 part vanilla schnapps
- 1/4 part raspberry liqueur
Garnish: raspberries
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail
shaker with cracked ice and shake well.
Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with a fresh raspberry.

Blue Lagoon
Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz blue curacao
- 4 oz lemonade
Garnish: cherry, orange slice

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker


with ice. Pour into a tall glass and
garnish with cherry and orange slice.

Caipiroska
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 oz vodka
- 1 lime (cut into chunks)
- 1 tsp sugar
- ice cubes

Muddle lime with sugar in a mixing


glass. Add vodka to shake with ice. Pour
into a rocks glass. Caipirinha mixed with
vodka instead of cachaca is known as
Caipiroska.
Brain Martini
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz lychee nectar
- 1/2 oz chilled sake
- 1 1/2 oz Plymouth gin
- fresh lychee fruit
- red food coloring

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add lychee nectar, gin and chilled sake. Stir until
well-chilled and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a fresh lychee fruit
and add a drop of red food coloring.

Long Island Sound


1/2 oz. LiV Vodka
1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
1 oz. Sour Mix
Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients into a Collins glass with ice. Stir or shake well. Finish with lemon wedge. thanks to
