PREPARATION:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Pour the mix into a hi-ball glass filled with ice.

PREPARATION:
Fill an hi-ball glass with ice.
Build with the Campari and vermouth.

INGREDIENTS:
30ml vodka
30ml coffee liqueur
30ml half & half
PREPARATION:
Pour the coffee liqueur and vodka into a rock
glass filled with ice.
Float the half & half on top.

PREPARATION:

PREPARATION:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.

Strain into 4 shot glasses.

INGREDIENTS:
80ml vodka
40ml coffee liqueur
PREPARATION:
Pour coffee liqueur over cube ice into rock glass.
Layer vodka over it, garnish and serve.

INGREDIENTS:
30ml vodka
325ml chilled bloody mary mix
PREPARATION:
Bloody Mary Mix: (2.5 Liter) 1 lemon squeezed,
2 liter tomato juice, 50ml Worcestershire sauce,
4 shakes Tabasco sauce, 2 bar spoon black pepper
Ground, 1/2 bar spoon cayenne pepper, ground
1/2 bar spoon celery salt, ground
1/2 bar spoon black peppercorns, whole
Rim the glass with salt & pepper. (Celery salt optional)
Fill cooler glass with ice, pour vodka and fill glass with
bloody mary mix, garnish and serve.

INGREDIENTS:
45ml brandy
30ml dark crème de cacao
30ml cream
ground nutmeg for garnish
PREPARATION:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice
cubes.
Shake well.

INGREDIENTS:

2 Bar spoon brown sugar
PREPARATION:
Place the lime wedges and sugar into a rock
glass. Muddle well to create a paste. Pour in
the cachaca. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Stir well.

INGREDIENTS:
60ml cachaca
8 lime wedges
2 Bar spoon brown sugar
30ml sour mix
PREPARATION:
Place lime wedges and sugar into a cocktail shaker.
Mix, then muddle the contents in the shaker.
Add the cachaça and fill the shaker with ice .
Shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

INGREDIENTS:
30ml vodka
30ml fresh lime juice
100ml Champagne
PREPARATION:
In a mixing glass stir together the vodka and lime
juice.
Gently pour the Champagne into a Champagne flute.
Add the vodka and lime mixture to the Champagne.

INGREDIENTS:
60ml vodka
30ml blue curaçao
30ml cream of coconut
fresh or canned pineapple
A scoop of vanilla ice cream
PREPARATION:
Pour all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a chilled margarita glass.
If the mix turns out too thick add juice; too thin add
ice or ice cream.

INGREDIENTS:

15ml fresh lime juice

PREPARATION:
Pour the rum and lime juice in a hi-ball glass filled
with ice.
Top with cola.

Float the cream on top.

PREPARATION:

INGREDIENTS:
20ml vodka

PREPARATION:
Pour the spirits and sour mix into a shaker with ice.
Shake for 2 seconds. Pour into a hi-ball glass.
Top the glass with cola.

INGREDIENTS:
30ml light rum
30ml dark rum
15ml amaretto
15ml triple sec
15ml lime juice
PREPARATION:
Pour all the ingredientsexcept the dark rum into a
shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a rocks
glass filled with cracked or crashed ice. Top with the
dark rum.

30ml sweet vermouth
1 Bar spoon Angostura bitters
PREPARATION:
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes.

Bourbon Old Fashioned
INGREDIENTS:
4 dashes angostura bitters
1 tsp sugar
1 orange wheel
1 maraschino cherry
1 splash club soda
2 oz bourbon
PREPARATION:
In an Old Fashioned glass, muddle the bitters,
sugar, orange wheel, cherry and a splash of soda.
Remove the orange rind, add the bourbon and fill
with ice.
Garnish with a fresh orange wheel and cherry

PREPARATION:
Pour the brandy, sweet vermouth, sugar syrup and
Angostura bitters into a shaker with ice cubes.
Shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

PREPARATION:
Build the ingredients in the order given in a
Champagne flute.

INGREDIENTS:
60 ml light rum
2 Bar spoon brown sugar
6-8 mint leaves and a lime, halved
Club soda
PREPARATION:
Place the sugar, the mint leaves, and a little club soda
into a highball glass. Muddle well to dissolve the sugar
and to release the mint flavor. Squeeze the juice from
both halves of the lime into the glass. Drop one half of
the lime into the glass. Add the rum. Stir. Fill the glass
with ice cubes. Add the rest of the club soda.

PREPARATION:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain

INGREDIENTS:
120ml ginger ale 60ml simple sugar syrup
200ml club soda 45ml curaçao
20ml brandy 1 x 750 ml bottles red wine
juice of 1 orange juice of 1 lemon or lime
6 thinly sliced orange and lemon sections for garnish
1 thinly sliced fresh or brandied peach for garnish
PREPARATION:
Pre-chill all ingredients (preferably overnight).
Mix the red wine, curaçao, brandy, fruit juices and
sugar syrup well. Strain into a chilled punch bowl with
a cake of ice. Add the club soda. Garnish with the
orange, lemon and peach slices. Makes 24 servings.

120ml orange juice
15ml grenadine
PREPARATION:
Pour the tequila and the orange juice into a cocktail
glass with ice cubes. Stir. Slowly pour the grenadine

slowly rise to mix with the other ingredients naturally.

Salt rim a Margarita glass.
For Frozen Margarita: Blend all ingredients with
crushed ice, garnish and serve.
For Straight Up Margarita: Shake all ingredients with
ice cubes, garnish and serve.
For Margarita on the Rocks: Shake all ingredients with
ice cubes, garnish and serve.

PREPARATION:
Pour the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.

brandy and rim the glass with sugar. Pour contents into
the glass.

cocktail glass. Garnish by dropping a whole
jalapeño pepper into the glass or making a small cut

70ml vodka
1 bar spoon dry vermouth
15ml Irish whiskey
PREPARATION:

Pour the vodka and dry vermouth into a cocktail

Sour Mix
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sugar
2 cups water
2 cups lemon juice
PREPARATION:
Bring the water to a boil.
Dissolve the sugar into the boiling water.
Once the sugar is dissolved completely add lemon
juice and boil for another minute, remove the
pan from the heat.
Allow to cool completely and bottle.
Vanilla-Ginger Syrup
INGREDIENTS:
250ml sugar
250ml water
1/4 cup fresh ginger, chopped
2 vanilla beans, split and scraped
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to
a boil for one minute.
Remove from the heat and let steep for 20 minutes.
Strain out vanilla bean pods and ginger and cool
syrups.

INGREDIENTS:
500ml water
500ml sugar
1/3 cup fresh eucalyptus
PREPARATION:
Mix sugar with water and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 1 minute, add leaves and liquidize.
Put in a bowl and cover in cling film for 15 minutes,
