spare time activities. Also check his/her way of walking, sitting posture, speaking & 8
eye contact.

APPEARANCE, MANNER AND PERSONALITY: Check general appearance,


speech, mannerism, self-confidence, aggressiveness, presentation, poise, 6
composure, overall presentation & maturity.

SUPERVISORY AND LEADERSHIP QUALITIES / POTENTIAL: Consider previous


supervisory / leadership experience, degree of assertiveness, acceptance of 6
authority and responsibility and ability to motivate others.
INTER-PERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Check if the candidate is able
to get along with people, maintain pleasant inter relationship with supervisors,
peers and subordinates. Also have ability to communicate ideas and thoughts in a

clean, concise and organized manner.

ATTENTION & MOTIVATION: Check clarity of future goals and direction,


aspiration for success, drive and the energy level.

CONVEYANCE AND RESIDENCE: 2 marks for having Own Conveyance and 2 marks
if live in nearby residence.
