Grade XI STEM

1. INTRODUCTION
We, the owners of ManiBites, are two students who want to start a simple but exciting snack
business inside our school. We chose graham balls because they are affordable, easy to
make, and loved by many. They are sweet, soft, and can be eaten anywhere without making
a mess.

As students, we understand what our fellow classmates like: snacks that are tasty, budget-
friendly, and easy to buy during short breaks. That is why ManiBites is the perfect choice.
It’s a business “by students, for students.”

This business plan shows how we will prepare, sell, and grow ManiBites. Even though we
are just starting small, we believe that with good planning, teamwork, and dedication, we
can make this a success.

2. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Business Name: ManiBites
Product: Graham balls in different flavors (Original, Chocolate, Special Filled)
Location: Inside the school campus
Target Market: High school and senior high school students

ManiBites will offer delicious and affordable graham balls to students during recess, lunch
break, and after class. Our mission is to provide tasty treats that fit a student’s budget, while
our vision is to become the most loved sweet snack brand in our school.

We will prepare the graham balls the night before to keep them fresh and soft for the next
day. Our starting capital will be student-friendly, between ₱300–₱500, and we plan to
reinvest profits to expand flavors and improve packaging.
