Calibrations Instructions

 Calibrate distance counter


1. Select a starting point(you can use a sticker to to mark the starting point) and reset distance to
“0”.

2. Choose calibration and select ”distance counter”.

3. Click “Low measure”, when there is no changes about the data, then we can click “stop
measure” and then click “edit”, then click “ok”.

4. Click “High Measure” and pull out the cable by hand. You can use a ruler to check you pulled
10 meters cable out.

5. When there is no changes about the data, then we can click “stop measure”, and then click
“edit” and click “ok”.
 Calibrate skew angle
1. Choose calibration and select ”skew angle”.

2. Click “Low measure”, when there is no changes about the data, then we can click “stop
measure” and then click “edit”, then click “ok”.
3. Click “High Measure” and make the crawler 90 degrees below”, when there is no changes
about the data, then we can click “stop measure”, and then click “edit” click “ok”.

 Calibrate “slop angle”


1. Choose calibration and select ”slop angle”.
2. Click “Low measure”, when there is no changes about the data, then we can click “stop
measure” and then click “edit”, then click “ok”.
3. Click “High Measure” and make the crawler 90 degrees below, when there is no changes
about the data, then we can click “stop measure”, and then click “edit” click “ok”.

 Calibrate pressure
1. Choose calibration and select ”car pressure”.

2. Click “Low measure”, and release the pressure inside the crawler body, then we can click “stop
measure” and then click “edit”, then click “ok”.
4. Click “High Measure”and pressue the crawler body with 20PSI(see the indicators of your air
pump) , then we can click “stop measure”, then click “edit” and then click “ok”.
