7-Day Homemade Skincare Routine for Acne & Redness
Morning Routine (Daily):
1. Wash face with plain water or gentle cleanser (besan + haldi mix optional)
2. Apply Green Tea Toner (cotton or spray)
3. Use Aloe Vera Gel as moisturizer (fresh or Patanjali)
4. Apply Sunscreen (gel-based, if stepping out)
Night Routine (Daily):
1. Clean face with mild face wash
2. Apply spot treatment (Neem paste or Honey + Haldi) on pimples only
3. Moisturize with Aloe Vera Gel or light moisturizer
Day-wise Special Treatment:
Day 1 (Mon): Multani mitti + rose water face pack (10-15 mins)
Day 2 (Tue): Honey + Haldi paste (on acne areas only)
Day 3 (Wed): Ice cube massage (2 mins) + Green tea toner
Day 4 (Thu): Neem paste (only on pimples)
Day 5 (Fri): Multani mitti if skin is oily, skip if dry
Day 6 (Sat): Honey + Green Tea mask (mix used green tea leaves with honey)
Day 7 (Sun): Aloe Vera Gel mask (use as sleeping mask)
Extra Tips:
- Change pillow covers daily or every 2 days
- Use a separate face towel
- Avoid excess oil, spicy foods, and dairy
- Drink 7-8 glasses of water daily
