DLC at sight Transferible , 95% at loading port, 5% at destination port

CFR or CIF NON-NEGOTIABLE PROCEDURE

1. Buyer/payer send LOI + CIS


2. Seller send FCO
3. Buyer sign FCO and send ICPO
4. Seller send SPA
5. Buyer and seller sign SPA
6. Buyer can visit the seller´s processing plant (Optional)
7. Buyer active the DLC MT700 of fisrt shipment value.
8. After shipping documents, buyer pays 95%
9. Upon goods arrive at destination port, buyer pays 5% balance
Remarks about the price: The official London Metal Exchange (LME) price,
as per attached tables , for each payable mineral (Cu) Copper, (Au) Gold
and (Ag) Silver.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
o Copper (Cu): 15% - 25% per ton
o Gold (Au): Minimum 5 grams / 30 grams per ton
o Silver (Ag): Minimum 100 grams / 2000 grams per ton
o Granulometry: fine powder, range 10 - 100 µm.
o Humidity: 8% - 12%.
Packaging: Big bags with an average weight of 1 metric ton per unit
Container Capacity: Between 20 and 24 metric tons per container

1 The price will be based on the official London Metal Exchange (LME) price on the
Copper (Cu) value. applying the following payment coefficients:
