Special Assembly Plan for Celebrating Graduation Day (27th March)
1. Welcome Ceremony (10:00AM-10:30 AM)
• Special welcome at the multi-purpose entrance.
• Teachers will mention the child’s name & class for
acknowledgement of the attending parents and direct
them to the sitting area.
2. Badges and Tokens
• Parents should be provided with 1.2,3 marked
tokens/badges.
• Graduated Students parents should be provided with their
relevant tokens.
3. Sitting arrangement
• Graduated Students Guardians would be siting on the left
side row and the Ranking Guardians should be towards
the night.
4. Guidance
• Teachers responsible for sitting arrangement in the
multipurpose hall will guide the parents & handover the
token to the relevant teachers on the stage.
5. Ganesh Vandana (10:30 a.m.)
• Programme starts at 10:30 a.m. with the dance
performance of “Ganesh Vandana”.
6. Graduation Ceremony of UKG Students
• Names will be called according to the Roll No. and the
students will enter from the back door to the stage.
7. Distribution of Certificates
• Snaps will be taken and the certificates, cups & report
cards will be given to them on the stage, by our Chairman
Sir & CEO Ma’am.
8. Photograph
• A group photograph will be taken.
9. Song (11:00-11:15 a.m.)
• Dil Hai Chota Sa
10. Awards (11:15 a.m.-12:30 p.m.)
• Rankers would be awarded of all the classes who would
be present there.
11. Graduation Ceremony of Class 5th Students
(12:30 p.m. – 1:15 p.m.)
• Names will be called according to the Roll No. and the
students will enter from the back door to the stage.
12. Dance (1:15 p.m. --1:30 p.m.)
• Dance of Group II.
13. Photograph (1:30p.m. – 1:45 p.m.)
• A group photograph of class 5th graduates will be taken.
14. Musical Performance (1:45p.m. – 2:00 p.m.)
15. Certificates (2:00 p.m. – 2:15 p.m.)
• Rankers of the class would be given certificates.

Co-Anchor 1: A warm and fantastic morning to all present here and
especially to our amazing students! Today is all about celebrating
you and we have a super fun and interesting day ahead.
Co-Anchor 2: Let us Illuminate the light of wisdom, truth &
knowledge. So please join your hands together and welcome our
Chairman Sir Shri OM Narayan Singh. Our beloved CEO Ma’am
Anshu Singh Gautam and respected Principal Sir Soumitra Singh
Thakur to come forward and light the diyas.
