GRADUATION CEREMONY SCRIPT
I. ANNOUNCEMENT BEFORE THE CEREMONY BEGINS
The graduation ceremony of Name of School is about to begin. Before
we will start may we request everyone to please keep silence throughout the
ceremony.
II. INTRODUCTION
A blessed afternoon to each and everyone. Graduation day is indeed a
to celebrate for it signifies completed and accomplished level. Graduation is
proof that you have achieved all the sacrifices and hardships in the struggle
in the field of academics.
Today, another history will be gradually opened in conjunction with the
closing of the 2024-2025 school year. Friends, we welcome you to the end of
2025 at Name of School

At this point of time, we gladly welcome and let us all welcome with
around of applause the learners who will graduate in the school year 2024-
2025 at Name of School together with the teachers, parents, school
principals and guests.

IV. CALL TO ORDERS, NATIONAL ANTHEM, INVOCATION, OTHER
HYMNS
To formally start with the ceremony, let us all stand for the singing of
the National Anthem to be conducted by Name of Conductor. And please
remain standing for the prayer via doxology presentation by Grade __
Learners, and the singing of Provincial and Municipal Hymn.
V. WELCOME REMARKS

VI. PRESENTATION AND CONFIRMATION OF CANDIDATES
And now, the long-awaited opportunity for today's event will be opened
and will be given confirmation and validation.
To do the honors off presenting this year’s candidates for graduation,

shall then be followed by the acceptance and confirmation of the graduates
and to give the Department of Education Secretary’s message to be

VII. GIVING OF DIPLOMAS, CERTIFICATES AND MEDALS TO THE
GRADUATES
A certificate of completion is one of the tangible proofs that you have
graduated from the said level of education. This is the day that all of your
hard works is paid off.
At this point, we call on our guests and school principal to award the
certificates to our graduates.
