Question 01: Introduce yourself in 100 words.

Hello, my name is Arpit Verma. I’m currently pursuing a BBA at Jagran Lakecity University, and
I completed my schooling at Army Public School, Bhopal. Growing up in an army family, with my
father serving in the armed forces, has instilled in me discipline and adaptability. Coming from a
commerce background, I’ve developed a strong interest in understanding business dynamics.

I also gained hands-on experience during an internship at a digital marketing agency, where I
worked on selling services to MSMEs and small businesses, helping them grow their digital
presence. I’m passionate about contributing meaningfully and building a career that combines
creativity and strategy.

Question 02: Five strengths and five weaknesses.

Strengths:

1. Adaptability: Growing up in an army family and relocating every few years taught me
how to adjust to new environments seamlessly.
2. Quick Learner: I can grasp new concepts quickly and implement them effectively, which
helps me thrive in dynamic roles.
3. Strong Communication Skills: Regularly interacting with new people during my
upbringing has shaped me into a confident communicator.
4. Team Player: My experience in NCC and leadership roles has enhanced my ability to
collaborate effectively while also stepping up when needed.
5. Discipline: Discipline has been a cornerstone of my life, instilled by my upbringing and
experiences.

Weaknesses:

1. Perfectionism: I sometimes delay action while waiting for ideal conditions, but I’m
learning to prioritize progress over perfection.
2. Impatience with Team Performance: I get frustrated when others don’t meet their
potential, though I’m working on being more patient and supportive.
3. Emotional Sensitivity: I tend to take things personally at times, but I’m improving my
emotional resilience.
4. Impulsive Decision-Making: Quick decisions occasionally lead to errors, so I’m
focusing on being more deliberate and thorough.
5. Overthinking: I sometimes overanalyze situations, but I’m learning to trust my instincts
and take timely action.

Question 03: What are your short-term and long-term goals?

Short-Term Goal: My immediate goal is to start my career and gain practical experience in a
role that challenges me and helps me grow.
Long-Term Goal: I aspire to hold a leadership position where I can make impactful decisions
and contribute significantly to the company’s success.
Question 04: What interests you about this role?
I’m fascinated by how this role combines strategy and human interaction. While AI has
transformed many industries, sales remains uniquely human—it requires negotiation, empathy,
and the ability to build genuine connections. I enjoy convincing and collaborating with clients to
create win-win scenarios, which aligns perfectly with this role.

Question 05: What motivates you?


I’m motivated by the idea of growth—both personal and professional. Setting goals, overcoming
challenges, and seeing the results of my hard work drive me to keep pushing forward.
Additionally, being able to contribute to a team’s success and knowing my efforts make a
difference keeps me energized.
