1. What sets you apart from other applicants?

 I believe that my combination of motivation, teamwork, communication skills,

and a strong work of ethic set me apart from other applicants. These qualities
allow me to take a proactive approach to my work, collaborate effectively with
others, and consistently produce high quality results.

2. What’s more valuable than money?

 For me, what's more valuable than money is knowledge, if you have this, you are
on top. You can have everything, the respect, money, position, and power.

3. What is your salary expectation?

 Since I am a fresher, salary is not my first priority, but I am expecting a
considerable salary that suites my position or job.

4. What’s one secret you are willing to share?

 Definitely none, secrets are designed not be shared and meant to kept. Secrets
stands for loyalty and principles, and I mean it.

5. How do you define success?

 For me success is not measured by what you achieve but how happy and
contented you are with the life you choose to live. It is when you are at peace
mentally, financially, and emotionally.

6. What’s your greatest asset?

 My greatest asset is my attitude because I’m true to myself, and I can easily be
with people around me.

7. What are your short term and long term goals?

 My short term goal is to be hired and become part of your company, and my
long term goal is still working in this company but in higher position.

 I will remain calm and handle it professionally. Acknowledge their feelings
because sometimes they just need to be heard. All you need to do is to listen
and then resolve the issue.

11. Why should we hire you with no experience?

 My lack of experience, I believe, will benefit your company. I am a blank canvas
who has no preconceived ideas about the workplace. This means you can train
and develop me to be a responsive, dynamic, and high-performing member of
the organization. You should also hire me because I am positive about change, I
never complain, and I am hungry to learn. Give me plenty of tasks and projects
to work on, something new to learn, and ambitious people to work alongside,
and will repay you with high-quality work and a commitment to the organization
for the long term.

12. How would you define teamwork and why is it important?

 I would define teamwork as collaborating with your peers in order to accomplish
a mutual goal. Teamwork is important because you not only have different
perspectives and skill sets that can add value to a project, but you also have
people who are watching each other's back and uplifting one another so we can
all bring our best work to the table.
