After looking at my project plan, I see that the goals and steps are clear but could be

better organized. The budget seems okay, but I didn't think about ways to save money,
like asking for donations or using reusable items. I might face problems like not getting
enough help or not having enough time to make decorations. To fix this, I've added a
schedule to collect donations and make decorations. I also have a backup plan for snacks
if we don't get enough donations. These changes make the project easier to do and less
costly.
