We are going to perform Durga / Kali / Jagadhatri Puja as in previous years and in the process have obtained prior
permission from 1. Land Owners, 2. Fire Brigade, 3. Electric Company we have also sent an undertaking to PCB as a pre-condition.
We would now request you to kindly grant us permission for performing the puja and enclose herewith the necessary supporting
documents 8 (Eight) in nature for your kind consideration and necessary action.
We declare that fire fighting arrangements such as a. water, b. sand will be kept ready in the pandal and c. will abide by the
instructions issued by Govt. on Covid-19. Main electric wiring will be kept ready by 10 mm gauge wire from the main supply. The
demolition work of pandal, cut out, gate, festoons etc. will be completed within 10 days from the 1st scheduled date of immersion.
