Program Management
An average of 3.98 was reflected in the three-day training session. This manifests
that the participants were satisfied with how the training was managed.

Training Venue
Participants were pleased at the venue of the training with an average of 3.72 from
the three-day evaluation.

Accommodation
The average of 3.84 on accommodation shows that the rooms and number of guest
per room were arranged properly providing convenience and comfort for the
participants as they stay for the duration of the training.

Program Objectives
Showing that the set objectives of the training course were met is the 3.97 average
from the responses. It implies that objectives as to the training and the sessions
were clearly delivered and addressed.

Materials
With an average of 3.97, this shows that participants were satisfied with the
materials given to them. Worksheets and reflection papers were distributed to all of
the participants.

Speakers
An average of 3.97 relevant to the speakers manifest that the identified resource
persons were knowledgeable on their topics and provides insights that are relevant
and with the time.

Comments and Feedbacks


Participants wanted a longer time for the training. This would help them to craft their
outputs/ assignment properly and more related to their current work stations. In
addition, the total participants should be divided to lessen the congestion and provide
more time for evaluation of outputs. The caterer can easily adjust on the needs and
responses relevant to their services.

● Pre-test and Post-test Results


The Division training on Instructional Leadership aimed to strengthened School leaders
towards instructional supervision and administrative management by providing
theoretical and practical learning episodes. On the conduct of the Pre-Test, participants
had an average of 11. 373 in comparison with 15. 712 post test result. A significant
4.339 shows an increase on the learnings of the participants after the training sessions.

General Comments and Issues Encountered


In this section make any general comments about the program and identify any issues
encountered in relation to:
● its delivery
The identified resource persons were provided with alternate in cases that the main
speaker was not available. The training flow was properly outlined and followed
during the training. Contents were timely, however participants looking for earlier
date of the training to provide them better output and their office actual duty.

● its management
The training was managed well, with the number of the TWG and the Resource
Persons rotating as moderators and TWG during the training which provides a
smooth flow of the program.

The food should be considerate to others with allergies and variation of snacks and
tables and chairs for all the pax.
