RENT AGREEMENT
This Lease Agreement is made at Gurgaon on this 21th day of June 2025 Between
Mr. Yaman Vohra (Aadhar no. XXXX XXXX 7498 ) Naresh Vohra B – 21,
Vishnu Garden Part 1 , Tilak Nagar , West Delhi - 110018. hereinafter called the
lessor/Owner which expression shall include her/his successors, Administrations,
executors and legal representative of the on part).
AND
Mr. Amol Bhaskar Gite (Aadhar no. XXXX XXXX ) S/O Vyas Deo Dubey,
Tilthi, Mirzapur, Tilthi, Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh- 231312. (hereinafter called
the second Party/Lessee which expression shall unless excluded by or repugnant to
the context include her heirs, successors, executors, administrators, legal
representatives and assignees) of the OTHER PART.
1. That the Lessor is the legal right full authority of Flat no. 1301, Tower –A2,
Suncity Avenue, Sector 76, Distt. Gurugram, Haryana -122004. That the Lessee
agrees to hold the said premise with appurtenance for a period of 11 Months
commencing from 21-03-2025 to 20-02-2026.
2. To pay the Lessor by lessee during the term a monthly rent Rs. 25,500/- (Rupees
Twenty Five Thousand Only) per month including maintenance charges per month
in respect of the demised premise, by cash / cheque / Online on or before 7 th day of
each English Calendar month.
3. That the Lessee has paid a sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand
Only) as security deposit (Interest free security to the Lessor which is refundable
after deducting the electricity charges and any other pending bills/charges/repairs
etc. at the time of handing over the peaceful vacant possession of the property to the
Lessor.
4. If the tenant vacates the flat before 6 months the security given will not be
refunded.
5. That the LESSEE shall use the demised premises for Residential purpose only.
6. That the Lessee shall pay for electricity and maintenance charges as per the
reading of the Meter or the bills issued against the consumption of electricity by
the concerned authorities.
7. That the lessee shall at the time of occupation see that all the, electrical and other
fittings and fixtures are in perfect condition. Natural wear and tear and the damage
caused to the property due to riot, commotion, natural calamities earthquake
exempted.
8. That the Lessee shall not have any right to make any structural additions or
alterations in the Demised Premises.
9. That the Lessee shall have no right to sub-lease the whole or any part of the
Demised Premises without prior written consent of the Lessor.
10. That the Lessee shall comply with and abide by all the rules and regulation of the
local authorities and the governments with may be enforced form time to time.
11. That the LESSOR or LESSEE shall be entitled to terminate the lease at any time,
during the initial or renewed term(s) of the lease upon serving One month prior
notice in writing of his/their intention to do so.
12. That if the Tenant fails to pay the monthly rent to the Owner as hereby agreed upon
in time this rent will be terminated/cancelled automatically and the Tenant have no
right/claim for the premises or rent and the Owner can have the possession of the
said premises in his control without any process of law and the Tenant shall have no
objection to the same nor have any claim over its goods lying in the said premises at
such time.
13. That on the expiry of lease Eleven Month the lessee shall vacate the said premises
and handover the vacant and peaceful possession to the Lessor without any delay,
with the mutual consent of both parties the lease can be extended for another 11
Month with increase of 10% in the monthly rent and maintenance charges as
decided by Lessor or by the mutual understanding of the both parties.
14. Tanent will pay the rent on time, if not then Nosh N Shot will be responsible to get
the rent to pay.

PARTIES IN THE DAY MONTH AND THE YEAR FIRST MENTIONED
