SUBJECT : ATTENDANCE TO JOINT REGULAR MEETING

You are hereby enjoined to attend our Joint Meeting of the Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse
Council (MADAC), Municipal Peace and Order Council (MPOC), Municipal Children
Protection Council (MCPC), Local Committees on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against
Women and Children (LCAT-VAWC), Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management
Council (MDRRMC), Solid Waste Management Board (SWMB), and Local Monitoring Project
Committee (LMPC) and all Department Heads on June 20, 2025, 9:00am sharp to be held at
the 2nd Floor MDRRMC Operation Center, San Fabian, Pangasinan.

Agenda of the Meeting:

1. Updates on ADAC and Peace and Order situation for the 1st and 2nd Quarter from COP;
2. Updates on MDRRMC for the 1st and 2nd Quarter from MDRRMO;
3. Updates on Local Council for the Protection of Children from MSWDO or her
representative;
4. Updates on Proper Handling on CICL and Violence Against Women and their Children
from MSWDO or her representative;
5. Updates on Subaybayani Projects from Municipal Engineer or his representative;
6. Updates on Environmental Management Board;
7. Updates and Accomplishment on Philippine Coast Guards;
8. ELA Concerns;
9. Other matters.
