documentary requirements in the following order:

a. Inventory and Inspection Report of Unserviceable Property (IIRUP)
b. Waste Materials Report (WMR)
c. Property Transfer Report (PTR)
2. Current photographs showing all sides of the properties
a. Stencils of chassis and engine numbers of motor vehicles (for vehicles)
b. List of missing spare parts (for vehicles)
3. In-house Appraisal
4. RFQ (at least three canvassed prices)
5. Abstract of Canvass
6. Appraisal Report
7. Approved Recommended Mode of Disposal
8. Invitation to Bid (ITB)
9. Proof of Posting
10. Notice of Auction to Disposal Committee and COA
11. Minutes of Auction
a. Abstract of Bids
b. Attendance Sheets of Committee and bidders
12. Resolution No. _____________ dated __________________.
13. Notice of Award (NOA)
a. Deed of Sale (for vehicles and other equipment)
14. Official Receipt (O.R.)
15. Gate Pass or Pull-out Acknowledgment Receipt of the winning bidder.
