Differences Between Rfid And Barcode
1) Differences between RFID and Barcode:
RFID and barcodes have some similarities since they both carry product information and they are
both data collection technologies, which automate the process of collecting data. However, they
have significantly differences which are as follows:

Barcode readers require a direct line of sight to printed barcode; RFID readers do not require a
direct line of sight to either active RFID tags or passive RFID tags.
RFID tags can be read at much greater distances; and RFID reader can pull information form a
tag at distances up to 300 feet. The range to read a barcode is much less, typically no more than 15
feet.
RFID tags much faster; read rates of forty or more tags per second are possible. Reading ... Show

Charles Martel Unified France
From having no claims to power, to being mayor of two palaces. Charles Martel unified France. In
732 he fought off the Muslim invasion into Gaul.
Charles was born in 688 in Herstal, which is in modern day Belgium. He was an illegitimate son
of Pepin of Herstal and his mistress, Alpaida. He had a brother named Childebrand. He married
twice, first to Rotrude of Treves and had five children before her death in 724. They were: Hiltrud
Carloman, Landrade, Auda, and Pepin the Short. After Rotrude s death, he married Swanhild, and
had Grifo. Charles also had an affair with his mistress, Ruodhaid. They had four children, and they
were: Bernard, Hieronymus, Regimigius, and Ian. He also started the trend of using heavy cavalry
with the invention of ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Some Historians claim that if Charles had failed, Islam would have conquered Gaul and the rest of
Europe, and Islam would be the dominant religion, and wipe out Christianity. Others say the Muslim
army was losing momentum, and wasn t planning on taking Europe anyway, and just wanted to
pillage more treasure. Charles continued to push the Muslims out of Gaul, and back into Spain, then
they were pushed back into Asia by his descendants. Before Charles Martel died in 741, he split his
kingdom between his legitimate sons. Carloman received Austrasia, Pepin the Short received
Neustria, and Grifo got a few lands throughout the
Sex Offender Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation programs aim to treat sex offenders from reoffending, and to design a program that s
effective is a difficult task that s why international studies collate different programs and evaluations
to determine the effectiveness. Results show from Canadian study that over 900 sex offenders from
four different countries only 9.9% of treated sex offenderreoffended sexually compared to 17.3% of
non treated sex offenders and this is using the meta analyses. Additional to the effectiveness of
programs, another study have explored the results from 69 different studies show that treated sex
offender reoffended 37% less then untreated sex offender. The treatment centres aim to trigger their
offenders thinking style, the impact they caused towards victim s life and emotional management
and also intimacy skills. Therapy session always helps offender deal with their offence pattern,
through the session offenders are... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Another type of treatment that is effective towards helping sex offenders not reoffender is
Psychotherapy; this treatment relieved that among 103 sex offenders 77.9% were sexually abused
the some point in their lives. The advantage on using different ranges of data is that analysing is
more generalizable and reprehensive.
The real question is why did those people or children focus someone or a child in a sexual without
content? Studies and different theories have proven that experience from poor parenting,
inconsistent, hard discipline and also physical sexual abuse contributes to the person to becoming a
sex offender for instance if a young boy got physically and sexually abused as a child,
Significant Changes During the Antebellum Period
During the Antebellum period, between 1800 and 1850, the United States went through a number of
significant changes. America went through the industrial revolution brining along technological
advancements that are still used today. American citizens also started to separate into two groups:
for slavery, and against it. And there was the rise of the great market economy. Throughout this
period of U.S. history, changes occur that shape the world that Americans live in to this very day.
During the Antebellum era there were a large number of advancements in transportation
technology, such as railroads being placed all over the United States. There was also the building
of numerous bridges and canals, and the development of the steamboat. During the pre civil war
period there was a huge expansion of railroads all over the country According to the web site
quizlet, From 1833 to 1850 the amount of railroad tracks increased from 136 miles to 9,000 miles
(http://quizlet.com). The first steam enginewas built in 1804 by Richard Trevithick. The steam
engine that was most commonly used on rail ways was that built by George Stephenson. According
to Mary Bellis the author of The History of Railroad Innovations, Stephenson s locomotive pulled
six loaded coal cars and 21 passenger cars with 450 passengers over 9 miles in about one hour (http:
//inventors.about.com). The growth of railroad use was a huge advancement in technology, because
it helped transport people and goods to
Jonathan Kozol s `` Savage Inequalities ``
Jonathan Kozol s book, Savage Inequalities, is a passionate testament to the shortcomings of the
public education system in the United states. Kozol visits some of the most impoverished school
districts in East St. Louis, Chicago, New York, Camden, and San Antonio. He identifies
characteristic among all of these schools to include a high percentage of dropouts, a population of
almost entirely non white students, an infrastructure in disrepair, a startling lack of basic supplies, a
shortage of teachers, and an excess of students. Kozol also visits schools in the vicinity that are in
stark contrast to the poorest schools. They have an abundance of supplies, space, funds, AP
curriculum, extra curricular activities, and teachers. These schools were also predominantly white.
Kozol explores reasons for these differences between neighboring schools and finds that those who
are in a position to initiate change are largely apathetic to the inequalities. A point that Kozol
emphasizes is the impact that povertyhas on the children who live in it. It has a physical impact that
is difficult to ignore. Areas with high poverty rates often become dumping grounds for trash and
other harmful waste. The waste causes medical problems in children that are difficult for their
families to treat due to lack of access to proper healthcare. Infant mortality rates soar in these areas
for similar reasons. Medical problems often interfere with educationif the ailments are distracting or
cause learning
Analyzing Brayden s Psycho-Social Development
When I asked Brayden questions to gauge his Psycho Social development his responded in ways
that promote pro social ideas, relating to children his age. I asked What makes a kid your age
happy? His response was ice cream, and friends. Brayden s answer correlated with my
observation of friendships being important to him. I also asked, How do you know a kid is
happy? His response was if they are smirking, smiling, or laughing. How do you know a kid is
sad? He stated, if they are frowning or crying. Erikson s theory focuses on psychosocial development
and states that we go thru eight stages of psycho social development in our lives. When one stage is
not accomplished it can influence our social and emotional development throughout
Civil Rights Movement Of The 1950 s And 1960s
Black African Americans been fighting for equal rights since slavery and will do anything to be
heard until something is done about it. Before The Emancipation Proclamation African Americans
were slaves and owned by whites, after it was announced blacks were free but there was a no
equal rights given to the blacks. Blacks were treated as low life s and were not treated the same as
whites. There was an issue in equal rights and segregation at the time and blacks had an issue with
what was going on. The government implemented laws that segregated blacks from whites for
example, Whites had the right for the front seats on the bus, whites had their own bathroom cleaner
than the blacks, and whites had their own section in most of every place that... Show more content on

read his I have a Dream speech to millions of people to end segregation and demand that we as
people are giving the same opportunity as others and equal rights. I have a dream that one day
this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: We hold these truths to be self
evident: that all men are created equal (Avalon). Kings speech was the most powerful speech
ever which changed the minds of other people and changed a lot of stereotyping that whites and
black used to think. The speech was about just about African Americans but equal rights as
people. We people are as one and should treat each other with the same respect. There is no
money in the world that will pay for respect or equal rights. One of the first things I think young
people, especially nowadays, should learn is how to see for yourself and listen for yourself and
think for yourself (MalcolmX). Like many young adults and any older adults listen for yourself
and see for yourself. Many people go by word of mouth thinking they will know the truth about
situations that is happening but in reality they may be given part of a story. Go out and see the truth
for yourself and experience what is being fought for. The rights or yourself and others and everyone
should be a part of it to understand why this is happening and the outcomes that come about
Blood Done Sign My Name Analysis
Ares Duong
US History DC
April 28, 2017

Tyson, Timothy B. Blood Done Sign My Name. New York: Broadway Books, 2004.

Timothy B. Tyson, born 1959, had a unique childhood as the son of a Methodist minister who
supported the civil rights movement. He accepted his parents liberal attitude, and struggled to
reconcile it with the society around him that of white supremacy and black oppression. Later, he
attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Emory University for his BA, and
returned to Duke University to earn his PhD in history. He began his teaching career with US
History while attending Duke, then switched to Afro American Studies in 1994. Based on Tyson s
parenting and field of study, it can be expected to be a solid narrative that, while containing signs of
white privilege, gives insight into how people can rise from oppression.
Blood Done Sign My Name revolves around the murder of Henry Marrow in the small town of
Oxford, North Carolina in May 1970 ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Here s a comparison with the ideas of two online reviewers. In Blood Done Sign My Name:
Echoes of the South s troubled past, critic MiChelle Jones is positive towards the book and
focuses on Tyson s charming style, innate historic value, and unique perspective as he chose the
familiar story of racism and set it in a time that was more preoccupied with other news, ending
with an assertion that it s a commentary to the country s recent past. In a Kirkus Review post, the
review spends time establishing Tyson s role in the story and in the story s events, wrapping up
with praise and saying that the book is a reminder of civil rights being a struggle on both sides.
Both online reviews give Tyson more limelight as part of a central idea in the book. They don t
touch on details of how Marrow s trial changed the movement in Oxford, but they do agree that the
book is a powerful revival of the struggling and violent truth that came with civil
Extracurricular Experience In High School
Did you know that having an extracurricular hobby can help high school and college students in
academics? Things such as being engaged in an orchestra, or a club on campus are common; my
hobby has been athletics. I have excelled in athletics all my life and decided to take it to the college
level. I can t describe how much that experience has had an impact on my ability to manage time,
my health, and my success as a student.
If you had something that you loved, something that made you successful, would you want to share
it? I did. I know some awesome athletes in my high school that just needed a little push. They
needed a little more time with a coach, a little more encouragement. I knew I was someone that could
do that.
Over the summer, I helped out three young women from my high school with javelin technique and
workout habits they should get into. I met with each of them once or twice a week for practice.
Addie was a very stubborn girl. She wanted to be the best (that includes by beating my high school
records). That is what helped her the most. She would come to practice and then complain the
whole time we ran or did plyometric drills. I thought she was going to quit after the first day, but
she didn t. She was too stubborn to. I m so glad she did because I got to continue to work with her
on her fluidity in her approach and her form. Addie is now headed to Brigham Young University on
an athletic scholarship to throw for them!
Emily met with me only once a week. She is
