problem throughout the history of humanity; it is a disease which has caused many people to be
overcome with trouble, problems, and debts also pattern of drinking that interferes with day to day
activities. Alcoholismis a term that is widely recognized throughout the United States and the World.
Alcoholism is a chronic disease, progressive and often turn fatal; it is a disorder and not due to
other diseases or emotional problems. Many scientists have tried to pinpoint what Alcoholism is, and
what this disease may be stemming from. Some people would dispute that alcoholism is only the
over consumption of alcohol; this statement is only somewhat true. An alcoholic is a person who
relies on alcohol as a medium to help him or her deal with physical, emotional, or spiritual needs.
It s not always easy to see when drinking has crossed the line from moderate or social use to
problem drinking. When dealing with Alcoholism a person over comes a lot of problems. Alcohol
Abuseis high in the United States, In the USA, 15% of Americans are problem drinkers, while
between 5% to 10% of male and 3% to 5% of female drinkers could be diagnosed as alcohol
dependent, according to, The National Institutes of Health (NIH). Some may drink alcohol to cope
with difficulties or to avoid feeling awful.

founded by three people the company calls the wise men. Although Mae is successful in her work,
she often gets scolded for not being active enough on social media circles and especially for not

Mercer to show him of the Circle s capabilities. Instead of conforming to the Circle, he commits
suicide by driving off a cliff during the chase which hardly bothers Mae as she becomes more self
absorbed in her own success. During a meeting with the wise men, she discovers Kalden, is
actually a co founder. Afterwards, Kalden leads her to an unwatched place and warns her that the
completion of the circle, which includes mandatory membership, will lead to tyranny by the
company. He pleads for her to help him stop it, but instead she exposes him causing him to be
demoted to a low position at the company. The book ends with Mae pursuing a relationship with
Francis and with Annie in a stress induced
1980 s Labour Market
Since the 1980s there have had significant changes in the UK labour market. Discuss the nature and
source of these changes and critically evaluate their implications for developments in the
employment strategies of organisations.

Labour market plays a very important role in Human Resource Management. In this essay, it aims to
show the changes of labour market after 1980s in UK. Then it will briefly discuss the impact on
employment relationship and management strategies. Labour Market is a combination of job
hunter and employers who are looking for suitable talent to fill their workers team. (Claydon in
Beradwell et al. 2004). In general, the numbers of workers that available for companies called

The Pros And Cons Of Antisemitism
Equally as important, I ve noticed that antisemitism and racism are associated with their racially
constructed prejudice principles. As mentioned continuously throughout my essay, these terms
comparably show those oppressed seen as lesser than those of other races. In particular, I ve found
that Jews were viewed as if they were like the unfamiliar people that were already known as inferior
(Burton and Loomba 21). Thus, this automatically encouraged me to believe that Jewswere
compared to people that were already dealing with racism. Plainly, it connects those that follow
racism with anti semites because they are both viewing Jews and people of color as the same
inferior races and not as individuals. I ve also realized that Eugenics have even gone on to
illustrate that physical traits testify to personality traits and intelligence, which is used against
people of color and Jews by those that are racist or anti semitic. For example, Jews and blacks
were viewed to have ingratitude and stubbornness , which are known to be undesirable traits
(Burton and Loomba 21). If that isn t prejudiced enough, Eugenics have even compared the lower
races to the female of the human species, which is believed to be inferior to the stronger male races
(Levine 55). These apparent male races came to be accepted as European whites . Therefore, racism
and antisemitisms use of racial inferiority connects them as similar entities. I have even realized that

Mexican Border Wall Research Paper
I will be talking to you about President Trump s executive order on building the Mexican border
wall. The Mexican border wall is an executive order President Trump released stating that he is
going to build a 2012 kilometer long wall sealing off the entire US Mexican border. This relates to
this quarter s topic on how the branches are in action because the executive branch is giving an
order. This is important because the construction of the wall will have many negative impacts on the
world. I will talk about the economic, employment and environmental impact the construction of the
border wall will have on the US and the world. The first thing the construction of the wall will
impact is the economy. As most of us know today, the US is trillions... Show more content on

As we know global warming is a very important issue that we all have been aware of. E E News
says that the production of cement, a major material that is going to be used in the construction of
the wall, is a large source of greenhouse gas emissions. Trump tweeted in 2012 that The concept of
global warming was created by the Chinese in order to make US manufacturing non competitive.
There are many things that are going to happen if global warming keeps raging on. The NSIDC
states that when the Arctic Ice melts there will be an increase of 20 feet in sea level. Now we
come to the fact of hurricanes. In 2009, there was 10 recorded hurricanes that happened all across
the world. In 2015, there was 38 recorded hurricanes. The reason for the sudden increase is because
global warming is making the sea water warmer causing more hurricanes. The reason why people are
most afraid of global warming is because of the increase in the temperature. NASA states that the
temperature will rise 3°C in the next century. According to the NOAA (National Oceanic
Atmospheric Administration) our current average temperature is 22.6°C. As predicted if Donald
Trump builds the wall, then the carbon emissions will increase faster making the world warmer.
Scientists say that if Trump builds the wall it will increase faster and faster. They predict that in
7500 years the average world temperature will rise to 100°C. If it does reach this temperature then
it will be hot enough to boil the oceans and seas which will make them evaporate and make water
Declaration Of Independence And The Patriots
American colonists should support the Declaration of Independence and the Patriots in the
Revolutionary War. Great Britain was taxing the American colonists because of Britain s great debt
from the French and Indian War. Britain made the quartering act, the stamp act, townshend act, and
the tea act. This is taxation without representation and it was unjust. The Patriots were angry and
rightfully so. The King was making the colonists pay taxes on imported goods to decrease his
country s debt, the Patriots were outraged and wanted freedom. The townshend act was taxation
without representation. The British placed a tax on glass, paint, paper, and tea, all items imported
from Britain. Patriots took matter into their own hands and boycotted
