5.0 Material
WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) Interior doors made of a combination of wood fibres with a thermoplastic
binding agent UPVC.
Stability: Holds super stability of measurements of expansion, contraction and fissure against changes in
SPECIFICATIONS : WPC PROFILE 33 DOOR temperature, heat and humidity.
The Thermoplastic binding agent helps to overcome limitations in natural wood, by being 100% water proof,
impervious to insects, resistant to rot & crack, high scratch resistance, etc.
Anti-bacterial: Semi-hygienic silver (Ag) product, process by ultrafine particles to kill 99.9% of all kinds of
bacteria.
1.0 Quality Assurance
5.1 Frames
We are door installers with 18 years of successful experience in installing doors and hard wares in different
residential and commercial projects. WPC frames (Thickness 40mm × Width of wall). 6.0 Manufacturers
Resistant to water, insect, scratch, rot, crack etc. Laminated with wooden grained PVC laminate. The frame Faham International Wood Industries
fixed directly to the wall, by means of a simplified modern technique Screws+Foam.

5.3.2 Leaf frames (stiles & rails)(figure 3): WPC Leaf frames (thickness 42mm × width 96mm) is internally
supported and filled with white wood, by sliding white wood profiles into the leaf frame structure. The leaf
frames protect the sandwiched core, being made of WPC material provides resistance to any possible attack

- We carefully wrap our items with P.E. protection films, to ensure protection from scratches, handling
marks and other damages.
- We always maintain storage area temperature to match our recommended temperature range. Doors 5.4 Skin (Face)

All door components (leafs, frames, and architraves) are PVC foil sheet (thickness 0.17mm) laminated with
different wood grains and colours.
4.0 Warranty The PVC skin provides different advantages over ordinary skins:
