The attention of the Regional Joint Director of Intermediate Education,
Warangal, District Intermediate Education Officers/ Nodal Officers in the State and
Principalsof Government Junior Colleges in the State is invited to the references read
above. They are informed that, Government in the references 1st to 5th read above
have permitted the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Telangana, Hyderabad
to appoint 3,118' Contract Junior Lecturers &Part-Time Senior Instructors working
inGovernment Junior Colleges in the State working against the sanctioned posts from
the prospective date i.e., the date of issue of appointment orders with certain
conditions.
The orders of the Government were communicated to the Regional Joint
Directors of Intermediate Education Officer vide CIE's Proc.Rc.No.Ser.III-2/36/2022,
dated 03/05/2023 for issue of appointment orders to the Contract Junior Lecturers
and Part-Time Senior Instructors working in Government Junior Colleges in the State.
Accordingly, the Regional Joint Directors of Intermediate Education has issued
appointment orders to the Contract Junior Lecturers and Senior Instructors on
03/05/2023.
Asper Rule-16 (c) (i) of Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules, 199l,
every person appointed by Direct Recruitment to any post shall, the date on which
he/she commencing his probation be on probation for a period of 2 years on duty
within a period of 03 years. And every person can be placed on probation, after
verification of the Antecedents by the Intelligence Department.
Therefore, the Regional Joint Director of Intermediate Education, Warangal,
District Intermediate Education Officers/ Nodal Officers in the State and Principals of
Government Junior Colleges in the State are hereby directed to obtain and furnish
the Character and Antecedents forms from the individuals in the prescribed format
along with required documents and furnish the same to the Intelligence Department
/Superintendent of Police concerned for verification of Character and Antecedents of
the individuals.
The Principals of Government Junior Colleges concerned are
requested to
ensure that, the following information should be filled by the individuals in the
Character and Antecedents forms and to verify the certificates
submit the same to the District Intermediate Education Officersthoroughly and then

(2) Qualification Certificates & Bonafide Certificates issued by the Institutions.
(3) Caste Certificates
(4) Initially engaged place as Contract Faculty and duration of the working
period
(5) Present working place
(6) In which G.0. he/she appointed
The District Intermediate Education Officers/ Nodal Officers
concerned are
requested to verify all the Qualification Certificates and other certificates of
Regularized Contract Junior Lecturers submitted by the Principals of Government
Junior Colleges thoroughly and submit the information in full-shape to the Regional
Joint Director of Intermediate Education, Warangal.
While furnishing the above information, the District Intermediate Education
Officers/ Nodal Officers in the State are ensure that, the individual is working
sanctioned post as per IFMIS Cadre Strength. They are also requested to furnish against
Cadre Strength particulars in the format enclosed to these proceedings to the
Warangal and Director of Intermediate Education, Hyderabad promptly. the RJDIE,
