About the Author
Adam Armstrong is a sex coach.
He specialises in teaching men how to become better lovers. The reason why he is
able to do this so effectively is because he has spent years figuring out why most
men are clueless when it comes to women and why so many women are dissatisfied
in bed with their men.

Longer-Lasting Erection
Introduction.
Hey, it’s Adam Armstrong here,
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but as a species, we humans are doing a pretty
good job of fucking ourselves up.
We’re single-handedly – without any help from any other species on the planet –
managing to destroy the planet we live on and ourselves.
For proof that we’re destroying ourselves, consider the FACTS…
In the modern, western, so-called ‘civilized’ world (North America, Western Europe,

But first, consider the sexual problems that are on
the rise because of (or partly because of) the fact
that men have low testosterone:
• Erectile dysfunction
• Poor erection quality (not fully hard, doesn’t stay hard for long)
• Loss of sexual desire
• Inability to get a woman pregnant
• Inability to take control and be dominant!
And don’t forget…
Testosterone doesn’t just affect your sex life. It affects your overall health. You can’t
be a healthy, vibrant, fully functioning male if your Testosterone levels are on their
knees. Period.
Back to my earlier question…
How the hell have we managed to lower our testosterone levels that much, that fast?
I’ll give you the short answer right here:
• Most people eat a ‘convenient’, quick and easy, processed, fast-food diet that
consists of too many calories and not enough nutrition. This leads to fat,
malnourished, tired, unproductive, unhappy and diseased people
• We have a ton of airborne pollution that is doing us no good whatsoever
• We have technological pollution (EMF from mobile phones being one of the
absolute worst culprits)
• We are stressed. Do not underestimate this one. Most people are stressed about
their jobs, paying their bills, their lack of fulfilment and so on. And most people
have no ‘coping mechanism’ for that stress
• Many people use recreational drugs and alcohol to change their state. While
this might provide some very short-term relief, it is always, without fail, a disaster
in the long run

that will lead to bigger, harder, stronger, longer-lasting erections. All you need to do
is put the 10 things into practice on a daily basis and prepare to feel amazed by your
improved performance in the bedroom.
NOTE: This program will not add inches to your penis. When I say ‘bigger’ – I mean that it’ll make your
erection as FULL and HARD as it can be. And that’s what matters – that you can get a quality erection.
One that’s steel-hard and long-lasting when you want it to be. The ‘size’ of your tool doesn’t matter, so
long as you follow my other sexual advice (the type you’ll find in Bedroom Boss and Better In Bed).

1. Deep Breathing
Deep breathing is one of the most
important things you need to do to
LAST LONGER during sex.
When you get close to ‘blowing your load’ – your breathing becomes quick and
shallow. Make your breathing deep and slow and you’ll last longer.
Focus on breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. As you
breathe in, your belly should go out and your shoulders should not rise.
If your shoulders rise – you are breathing shallow.
Keep your shoulders still and let your belly naturally expand as you breathe – that’s
the key to breathing deeply.
Every morning, begin your day with 10-30 deep breaths.

There are many ways to do this…
Here’s my preference:
Make your breathing •Breathe in for 3 seconds and out for 3 seconds. Repeat for the desired
number of breaths

you’ll last longer I like to do breathing exercises stood up, often with my eyes closed and
with my hands in a ‘praying position.’ If you can do this OUTSIDE – that’s
better still.

2. Meditation
To be a great lover – in fact, to be successful
at ANYTHING in life – you must be able to
switch off at times and rest your mind.
You must also be able to focus on ONE thing at a time.
Let me tell you – multi-tasking is a road to nowhere other than lousy results.
It doesn’t matter whether you want to give your woman a ‘Mindgasm’, hit the best
golf shot of your life, or negotiate the best price possible on your next house or car
purchase – you must be 100% focused on the task at hand if you want to achieve the
best results you are capable of.
Let me be clear…
Multi-tasking is not a winner’s game.
I believe that an inability to ‘quieten the mind’ and an inability to focus on ONE thing
at a time, explains why most people are at best average at everything they do. And
that includes sex.
To be good at sex, you have to be able to focus on the sexual experience you are
sharing with your woman. You must not be thinking of work, sports or that joke your
buddy told you earlier in the day.
During sex, when you get that feeling that you are going to ‘blow your load’ – it is
possible to zone in on it and use your PC muscles to pull the feeling back inside you
and thus prevent yourself from ejaculating.

The better you get at this, the closer and closer you can get to ejaculating and still be
able to pull the feeling back inside you.
Get REALLY good at it and you can experience multiple non-ejaculatory orgasms
and that will enhance your sexual experiences in a way you didn’t know was possible.
When you finally do ‘let go’ and ‘blow your load’ – it feels even better than usual.
To exert this kind of control, you must be able to focus on ONE thing at a time.
Meditation will help you to do this.
To get started, sit crossed legged on the floor, with your eyes closed.
Then place your palms in your lap.
Close your mouth and focus on breathing in and out through your nose. Simply
observe your breath and quieten your mind.
Do this for a few minutes a day.

3. Kegel Exercises
Kegel exercises strengthen your PC Muscles –
the muscles you use to stop yourself peeing and
to stop yourself ejaculating.
These muscles must be STRONG and you must have control over them, if you want
to get the kind of control over your erection that lets you ‘blow your load’ whenever
you like.
If you don’t know how to contract these muscles, drink a pint of water and go to the
toilet. Start peeing, and then stop yourself. Start peeing again, stop yourself again.
Do this two or three times.
The way you contract your muscles to stop yourself peeing is the same contraction
you will make when performing Kegel Exercises.
You can perform your Kegel Exercises anywhere you like, although I like to do them
in my ‘morning routine’ – and I like to do them when I’m not doing anything else
(remember what I said about multi-tasking in the previous section).
Start off by contracting your PC Muscles for 5 seconds.
Then relax for 5 seconds.
Repeat this pattern 4 more times, for a total of 5 sets.
Work up to holding for 10 seconds, relaxing for 5 seconds and repeating for a total of
10 sets. This is probably all the work your PC Muscles will ever need.

Once you get to ten, 10 second holds with 5 second rests in between, simply repeat
this workout once a day.
Occasionally throw in a set of Kegel Exercises where you contract and relax your PC
Muscles every second. This will help you to get even more control in the bedroom
because what you’ll find is that sometimes rapidly contracting and relaxing your PC
Muscles is exactly what is required to prevent yourself from ejaculating.
For these sets of rapid contractions and relaxations, shoot for at least 20 reps and
sometimes as many as 100 reps. 1 set is enough. 2 or 3 times a week is plenty.

4. Exercise Daily
To achieve your biggest, hardest, strongest,
most long-lasting erection – you need to be
fit and healthy.
Aside of eating (and drinking) correctly, the other major thing you need to do on a
daily basis is EXERCISE.
Here are my suggestions:
• Choose types of exercise you enjoy (otherwise you won’t do it in the long-run)
• Have easy days, moderate days and hard days
• Even on your hard days, never exercise to the point of exhaustion
Listen. If you’re the kind of person who hasn’t exercised for years and doesn’t know
where to begin – just go for a walk every day.
10-15 minutes will do at first, but build up gradually to the point where you walk for at
least 30 minutes and preferably an hour a day.
If, on the other hand – you’re the type of person who already
exercises 3-4 times a week, try adding in an easy exercise
session on the days where you
currently don’t exercise. A
20-30 minute walk would be
perfect on these days.

5. Get Hydrated
Your biggest, hardest, strongest, longest-
lasting erection can only be achieved on a
regular basis if you fuel yourself for
excellence… if you eat and DRINK in an
optimal way.
Drinking sensibly throughout the day keeps you hydrated and being hydrated is
essential for optimal health.
I recommend drinking at least 3 liters of clean water a day.
When I say ‘clean water’ that definitely means avoiding tap water.
Plastic bottled water is a step in the right direction, but far from perfect because of
the dangerous BPA contained in the plastic that leeches into the water.
Your best bet is to buy GLASS BOTTLED spring water, or have some kind of filtration
system installed at your home.
All I’ll say about home filtration systems is to do your homework before buying
anything because there are a lot of very costly products out there that claim to
clean your water, but actually do very little.
If in doubt, stick with the glass bottled spring water.
By the way…
Soda, sports drinks and energy drinks are not suitable replacements for pure water.
Although these drinks contain water, they are also loaded with SUGAR, artificial
colorings and preservatives and a bunch of other toxic crap you do not want to put
in your body. Avoid them at all costs.

6. Drink Fresh Vegetable Juice
Having done it for years, I can firmly say
that having a liter of fresh vegetable juice
on a daily basis is one of the best things
you can do for your health.
And remember – the healthier you are, the bigger, harder, stronger and longer-
lasting your erection is going to be.
My staple juice looks like this:
• A large cucumber (peeled)
• A pack of celery
• A bag green leaves (usually spinach)
• An 1/8th of a lemon (or lime)
The benefits of that juice are that it’s LIVE, RAW and full or ENZYMES… the exact
opposite of the processed, ‘dead’ food that most people attempt to live off.
HINT: When you eat dead food – you tend to feel pretty dead. When you eat a lot of
LIVE food – you tend to feel pretty ALIVE ;)
Now, I’ll be the first to admit that my staple juice might be a little bitter for your taste
buds, especially if you don’t eat many greens right now.
If that’s the case, try adding 2-3 apples to sweeten it up.

Or, start off with a carrot based juice and progress to a juice based on greens as you
get more into the world of juicing.
My favorite carrot based juice looks like this:
• 3-4 large carrots
• 2-3 apples
• 1 beetroot
• 1/8th of a lemon
• A little ginger (optional)

7. Eat 2 or 3 Of These
Fruits Daily
Certain fruits have been proven to have
beneficial effects on the sexual organs.
So if you want a big, hard, strong,
long-lasting erection, it would make
sense to have 2-3 of these fruits daily.
Don’t eat the same 2-3 all the time – vary them for variety.
Here are your options:
• Young Coconuts (both the water and the meat)
• Bananas
• Raspberries
• Strawberries
• Blueberries
• Blackberries
NOTE: if you’re diabetic, you need to go easy on the fruit. If in doubt, always consult
your Doctor before making any dietary changes.

8. Include Superfoods and
Superherbs In Your Diet
The healthiest diet possible is the one that has
the fewest calories with the most nutritional
‘bang for your buck’ per calorie.
This is the OPPOSITE of how people eat when they choose to fuel themselves with
the typical processed western diet… a diet loaded with CALORIES, but very little
NUTRITION.
Superfoods and Superherbs are awesome foods choices because they are light on
calories, but heavy on nutrition – so small amounts of these foods added into your
daily nutrition plan can have big and very positive effects.
The best superfood for improving your prowess in the bedroom is without a doubt,
Maca.
Try having 2-3 teaspoons of Maca a day, on 3-5 days of the week. You will
soon become a believer ;)
Raw Cacao is another amazing superfood that is a well-known aphrodisiac and
improver of sexual performance.
Combine Young coconut water, the meat of the coconut, a few blueberries, a
banana, cacao, maca, honey and coconut oil and turn it into a delicious smoothie.
That smoothie will turn you into a STUD!
When it comes to Superherbs, many of the ancient Chinese herbs can have powerful
and very positive effects on your sexual performance.

9. Avoid Processed Foods
One of the fastest ways to cause yourself pain,
to end your life prematurely, to massively
increase your odds of getting heart disease or
cancer, AND to turn yourself into a man with a
penis that doesn’t work very well is to eat the
modern western diet.
The modern western diet is all about
CONVENIENCE.
It’s quick…
It’s easy…
It’s pre-packed…
It’s loaded with sugar…
It’s loaded with cooked fats (bad fats)…
It’s addictive…
Now I don’t know about you – but I don’t consider being DEAD to be very
convenient. Do you?
And that’s what the modern, western diet does to you. It’s helps you to end up dead
way before your time.

What’s the alternative?
Eat an unprocessed, natural diet consisting of wild and organic foods.
Eat as much of it in its RAW state as possible.

Oh and one more thing…
Just say “NO” to GMO. It’s not a good thing. Meddling with nature almost always
ends up getting us in trouble.

10. Limit Alcohol Intake
In England we have a big culture of men who
drink and define their masculinity by how
many pints they can sink in one night.
I find this behavior moronic.
You see, not only does alcohol ruin your personality and make you do stupid things
– it’s also KILLS your testosterone levels.
So far from making you more of a man – it actually, by definition, makes you LESS of
a man.
I’m not here to try to persuade you to become ‘Tee-Totaler’ – but I am here to say
that if you want a big, hard, strong, long-lasting erection, you shouldn’t drink every
day and you shouldn’t, ever, binge drink.
