WITHIN 60 DAYS 25% OF TOTAL PRICE
ON GROUND FLOOR STAGE 15 % OF TOTAL PRICE
ON TOP FLOOR ROOF STAGE 10% OF TOTAL PRICE
ON OUTER PLASTER/ FAÇADE STAGE 15 % OF TOTAL PRICE
ON APPLICATION FOR OC 10% OF TOTAL PRICE+OTHER
CHARGES

Stamp Duty, Registration Fee and Registration Expenses etc. shall be borne by the
Allottees. • Lease Rent shall be payable by the Allottees. • Other Charges will be
payable as and when demanded by company. • Additional dues / demands / taxes of
whatsoever nature shall be charged extra. • Capex Charges shall be payable as per
brand / company policy. • GST will be charged extra as applicable/ as per norms. •
TDS @ 1% is applicable as per Income Tax Act. • Advance Maintenance Charges shall
be payable at the time of application for OC. • Payment of Installments must be as per
Payment Plan. • The price list is not promotional material or legal offering and subject
to change at the sole discretion of the company without any prior intimation. • Booking
is subject to terms and conditions of the Application Form and Agreements.
•Fifth / Twelfth Floors shall be sold as per the company’s sole discretion. • Errors and
Omissions Excepted.
