TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

1. Rate mentioned above are for Super Built Up Area, which includes the area under the periphery walls,
area under columns & walls within the allotted individual tenants space (demised premises), half of the
area of walls common with the other premises adjoining the demised premises, plumbing/electric shafts of
the demised premises & total area of refuge & terraces, and proportionate share of common areas like
Common lobbies, stair case, lifts, common service shafts, escalators, common toilets, corridors, lift
rooms, machine rooms, electric substations, mumties, water tank and other services and other common
areas etc.

2. The Basic Sale Price (BSP) does not includes additional charges, allied charges, stamp duty, parking,
registration charges, legal/documentation charges, administration or other charges, etc.

3. Prices indicated above are subject to revision at the discretion of the company. Price ruling on the date of
booking & acceptance by the company shall be applicable.

4. Service Tax or any other Govt. taxes as applicable from time to time shall be payable by the allottee in
addition to the price consideration as stated above.

5. The super area mentioned in the brochure and/or other documents is indicative only.

6. All building plans, façade, layouts, specifications are subject to change/modification or revision as
decided by the company/architect or any other competent authority.

7. Booking is subject to detailed terms and conditions as mentioned in the company application form.

8. First transfer of allotment would be free.

9. Maintenance charges as per maintenance agreement shall be payable by the allottee separately.

10. Cheque/Bank Draft to be issued in favour of "MMR-Saha Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd." payable at New
Delhi/Noida.

11. 100% Power Back-up will be provided according to the space, however if additional power backup is
required then additional power backup charges will be applicable as per the prevailing rates at the time of
request.
