Guide to Tracking Your Shipment

1.To access tracking, please visit the following link:

2. Enter the guide information you want to check:

Tip: Operational milestones can be displayed in the local time of the executing station or in
UTC. The times displayed correspond to the times scheduled in the itinerary.

To view shipment information, click on “Search”


3. Once entered, you will find the following general information about the shipment status:

4. To access the details of the guide, click on it.

Tip: If you want to check more guides, you can enter the "Prefix" and "AWB
number"fields and click on "Search" again.
5. History
In this section, you will find general shipment information:

This map will allow you to view milestones for each shipment segment.

Tip: If you want to know the ULDs' identification for the shipment, you can do so by
clicking on the DEP or ARR milestones.
Tip: Red milestones have already been executed. Gray milestones are pendingexecution.

Booking information

This section will provide details on flights and their statuses. If there are partial pieces,
you be able to identify how many pieces each flight has, as well as their weight, volume,
and flight status.
Other scenarios

Tip: If your shipment starts with an interline segment, you can view the transfer
milestone (RCT) to us.

Tip: If your shipment ends with an interline segment, you can view the milestones
corresponding to Avianca. To know the milestones for the other carrier, please contact
customersupport@avianca.com
