LEARNING OBJECTIVE By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to:
1. Understand facts and details
2. Understand nouns and verbs
ACTIVITIES PRE-LESSON 1.Teacher point to the top of the board where you
write the day and the date.
2. Teacher elicits what day it is today, e.g. It’s
Wednesday.
3. Students try to elicit the other days of the week.
4. Teacher elicits which day is the students’ favourite.
LESSON DELIVERY Activity 1( SB page 5)
5. Students look at the picture in their SB.
6. Teacher elicits who they can see( the Super
Friends) and where they are(next to the school
notice board)
7. Teacher elicits what they have got on Saturday and
Sunday. Teacher checks understanding of
vocabulary.
8. Teacher plays the recording. Students point to the
days when they hear them.
9. Teacher plays the recording again. Students repeat
the words.
10. Students practise pointing to and naming the days
in pairs.
Activity 2 (SB page 58)
11. Students look at the chant.
12. Teacher plays the recording. Students listen and
follow the chant in their SB.
13. Teacher plays the recording again, pausing after
each verse for students to repeat.
14. Teacher does the chant as a class and then in
groups.
15. Teacher makes seven groups. Teacher hands out a
flashcard to each group.
16. Students do the chant again, holding up the relevant
flashcard when they say the day.
POST LESSON 17. Teacher holds a flashcard so that students cannot
see it.
18. Students try to guess, e.g. Is it Monday?
19. The student who guesses correctly comes and
chooses a flashcard for the class to guess.

menerangkan tugas-tugas bagi setiap jawatan seperti
fomen, penolong fomen dan ketua kumpulan. (Rujuk 2.1)
Langkah 2
1. Guru menerangkan cara rawatan bagi pelbagai jenis kecemasan.
2. Guru mengedarkan lembaran peraturan dan keselamatan.
(Rujuk 2.2 dan 2.3)
3. Guru menerangkan peraturan dan keselamatan am, diri, alat dan
bahan serta meminta murid untuk menampalkan ke dalam buku latihan.
4. Guru menerangkan kepentingan peti pertolongan cemas dan alat
pemadam api. (Rujuk 2.6)
Penutup
Guru membuat rumusan tentang pelajaran hari ini dan memberi
penghargaan kepada murid yang dapat melengkapkan tugasan yang
diberi.
