Introduction
Welcome to the NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) Program. We are excited to have your organization
as part of our team.
The NPN Program for Service Delivery Partner - Education Services (“SDP-ES Program”) is designed
for those partners who have an existing Education Services organization and would like to either
formalize or expand their training and certification offerings.
Partners play a critical role in the NVIDIA go-to-market strategy. The SDP-ES Program is designed
to ensure success and growth for our partners, and to help your organization meet customer needs
for visual, high performance, and the next era of the most demanding machine learning and AI
workloads on premises and in the cloud.
This program guide describes the framework for our collaboration and is your roadmap to success
with NVIDIA. It will help your organization take full advantage of program benefits and to
understand the mutual program commitments and requirements.

SDP-ES Program Overview
The SDP-ES Program offers partners the resources and tools to grow their business and ensure
customer success. Partners who meet the Program requirements have access to many benefits.
Through our partnership, we provide our mutual customers with world-class solutions and support.
The NPN SDP-ES Program is an invite-only offering for partners looking to deliver NVIDIA
education-based training to customers and other NPN partners. SDP-ES Program partners utilize or
employ NVIDIA Certified Instructors and host workshops to deliver official training content.
The Program is offered globally. Program elements, such as benefits, are subject to regional
availability. Further, certain program elements are by invitation only and subject to approval.
The SDP-ES Program does not support partners reselling NVIDIA products. Partners who wish to
resell NVIDIA solutions are encouraged to review and join other NPN programs for resell
authorization.

Competency
There is one SDP-ES Program Competency (“Competency”) to help partners leverage their expertise
to differentiate in the market and successfully position NVIDIA solutions in the marketplace.
SDP-ES Program Competency
NVIDIA Technologies – The NVIDIA Technologies Competency provides partners with a high-
level overview of the use cases, market opportunities, and technologies related to
the broad portfolio of NVIDIA accelerated computing solutions that span the largest cloud data
centers to tiny autonomous machines. NVIDIA accelerated computing’s full-stack value helps
partners create solutions that best address the needs of customer use cases and workloads.
Membership Level
The SDP-ES Program offers one membership level, Partner, which has a specific set of program
benefits and requirements. Membership is reviewed annually for all SDP-ES Program partners,
where compliance with program requirements is assessed to validate and maintain program
eligibility.

Business Partnership
Partner Management Team
The Program provides access to a team of NVIDIA professionals to help partners develop their
business. Your NVIDIA representative is the principal point of contact for all aspects of your
organization’s partnership with NVIDIA.
Business Planning and Reviews
Partners have the opportunity to work with an NVIDIA representative to establish a mutually
beneficial business plan, which will include the development of joint business opportunities, growth
activities, and target market initiatives. Partners should work with their NVIDIA representative to
get started with this process.
Education Services
NVIDIA is committed to expanding the reach of NVIDIA instructor-led training globally in
collaboration with SDP-ES partners. SDP-ES partners are eligible to resell and deliver training using
official NVIDIA proprietary course materials and delivered by partner trainers who have met NVIDIA
instructor certification standards as outlined in this SDP-ES Program Guide and in the SDP-ES
Competency Exhibit. NVIDIA works with SDP-ES partners to ensure quality and consistency.
NVIDIA Learning Management System (LMS)
Certified instructors from approved partners are given access to the NVIDIA cloud based LMS. This
training platform is available to education services partners and enables NVIDIA certified
instructors to deliver student certification and official courses with GPU backed labs that run on
the cloud.
Technology and Education Services Updates
NVIDIA hosts online sessions to regularly brief partners on NVIDIA platform and technology
updates. These valuable sessions provide your organization with the most current information
regarding NVIDIA products and solutions and are important to keep your sales and technical teams
informed.
Sales
Demo/Not for Resale (NFR) Program
Partners may be eligible for the NVIDIA Demo/NFR Program, which provides discounted pricing on
specific hardware and access to NFR software. Demo/NFR products are intended for partners’ in-
house development or for developing/delivering customer demonstrations. More information is

Marketing
Partner Marketing Team
An NVIDIA Partner Marketing Manager may be designated to support joint marketing efforts. By
invitation, partners may collaborate with NVIDIA to develop and manage a mutually agreed
marketing plan designed to achieve business goals and objectives.
Marketing Assets and Tools
Partners have access to a variety of marketing resources and tools that can be used to help create
awareness, drive demand, and accelerate business growth. Key resources include product
information, sales materials, technical presentations, and marketing campaign toolkits to help
identify new sales opportunities, develop the business, and drive revenue. Many of these resources
can be customized with partner branding and messaging in accordance with the NPN Brand
Guidelines, available on the NPN Portal.
Communications
NVIDIA communicates on a regular basis through email updates and webinars to ensure that
partners are informed and enabled with information on the latest products and solutions, sales
tools, marketing programs, training, and webinars. It is important to keep the information for
contacts in your organization updated to ensure that they receive communications from NVIDIA;
this can be done through the NPN Portal.
Social Media Promotion
NVIDIA may offer certified instructors the opportunity to participate in various promotional
opportunities, invitations, and collaboration via social media.
Success Stories
Please share your customer success stories with your NVIDIA representative. When appropriate,
NVIDIA may decide to include it in public relations/marketing activities. Opportunities are
considered on a case-by-case basis. NVIDIA must review and approve all partner customer success
stories where NVIDIA, NVIDIA products, or NPN programs are mentioned and adhere to the NPN
Third-Party PR Guidelines, located on the NPN Portal.
Public Relations
Partners may request support from your NVIDIA representative for newsworthy activities. NVIDIA
public relations support for partners may include activities such as contributing to published news,
providing quotes for press and publications, and collaborating on blogs. Opportunities are
considered on a case-by-case basis. NVIDIA must review and approve any partner PR activities
where NVIDIA, NVIDIA products, or NPN programs are mentioned. Any partner press that includes
NVIDIA must adhere to the NPN Third-Party PR Guidelines, located on the NPN Portal.
NVIDIA Branding
Partners may use the appropriate NVIDIA brand assets to drive campaigns and demand generation.
Logos, positioning, and information regarding compliance are available in the NPN Brand Guidelines,
accessible on the NPN Portal. NVIDIA Partner Marketing must approve the use of NVIDIA branding
on all partner materials prior to publication.

Partner Badge
Once program requirements are met, eligible partners have access to an NPN Program badge that
can be used to promote affiliation with NVIDIA on their website and in promotional materials. NPN
Program badges and NPN Brand Guidelines are located on the NPN Portal. If a partner participates
in multiple NPN Programs, the partner is authorized to display the badge indicating the highest
membership level.
Partner Locator
The Partner Locator, available on NVIDIA.com, helps customers locate authorized NPN Program
partners by geography, partner type, and membership level. This benefit is extended to eligible
partners that are fully program-compliant and currently in good standing with the NPN Program.
Visibility on NVIDIA.com
In addition to having a presence in the NVIDIA.com Partner Locator, partners may be invited to be
included or listed in other areas of NVIDIA.com.
GTC Opportunities
NVIDIA GTC is the premier developer conference for the era of AI and metaverse. GTC is a future-
shaping global experience where innovators, researchers, creators, thought leaders, decision-
makers, and business leaders gather to learn how to shape our world with the power of AI,
accelerated computing, data science, and more. Partners are invited to attend GTC and may be
eligible for conference attendance discounts. By invitation, partners may also be eligible to
participate in sponsorships, exhibit presence, and speaking opportunities.
Training and Enablement
NPN Portal
The NPN Portal is the central place for partners to access product, sales, technical, and marketing
enablement tools and materials. The portal features valuable training and customer-facing
materials that include demonstration videos, customer presentations, success stories, and more.
The NPN Portal makes it easy to share these materials with customers and is accessible from any
device.
NVIDIA Training
NVIDIA recognizes the importance of training and skills development, and rewards partners who
have developed expertise in influencing, selling, delivering, and/or supporting NVIDIA solutions.
NVIDIA invests in the professional growth of our partners by providing an extensive training
portfolio to elevate partner capabilities and accelerate success. By completing the training
curricula, your organization can enhance your product and solution expertise, achieve program
compliance, and learn how to accelerate your sales with NVIDIA solutions. Competency learning
paths are available on the NPN Portal.
Instructor Certification
All partners should submit at least two applicants for instructor certification to their NVIDIA
representative. Candidates can review the Certified Instructor Program Guide which will include the
instructions on how to become certified. When ready candidates may access the DLI Certified
Instructor Application Form.

Support
Platform and Delivery Support
If a certified instructor is running a DLI workshop and experiences any technical difficulty or has
questions with the content, the instructor should send an email to: dli-support@nvidia.com for
NVIDIA support. Partners are encouraged to provide as much detail as possible, including what is
the relevant problem, the location/name of the workshop, the number of students impacted, and
the impact on the workshop. The support team will respond to the best of their ability.

Program Requirements
To meet and maintain SDP-ES Program membership eligibility and take advantage of the associated
program benefits, partners must comply with the Program requirements.
Competency-specific requirements are defined in the SDP-ES Program Competency Exhibit, which
is agreed to and signed by NVIDIA and the partner. If the partner does not meet the minimum
requirements for the Program, the partner may not be eligible for NPN benefits or may be removed
from the Program.

Program Requirement Descriptions
Business Partnership
NPN Master Agreement and Competency Exhibit
Partners must read and execute the NVIDIA Partner Network Master Agreement and applicable
Competency Exhibit in order to participate in the NPN Program and must maintain compliance with
the Program terms and conditions throughout their relationship with NVIDIA.
Partner Profile Maintenance
Partners are required to keep their company profile accurate at all times in the NPN Portal. The key
contact information (sales, technical, support, and marketing personnel) that is provided in the
partner profile ensures that NVIDIA is able to communicate effectively with the partner
organization, and that the information that is displayed for the partner company (e.g., in the Partner
Locator, etc.) is correct.
Business Planning and Reviews
A successful partnership depends on collaborative business planning. While also a benefit, eligible
partners are required to work with their NVIDIA representative to develop an annual business plan.
Business plans should include goals and objectives, go-to-market strategies, and key performance
indicators (KPIs), and should be reviewed with NVIDIA on a regular basis.
Integrity and Compliance
Partners shall be committed to acting in a manner consistent with integrity and the highest
professional standards as described in the NVIDIA Code of Conduct. NVIDIA welcomes feedback
with concerns of any conduct or incidents that may be in violation of its professional standards.
NVIDIA reserves the right to meet with any partner to ensure compliance of legal and professional
standards are met.
Products and Technology
Competency Attainment
Details on Competency requirements, including the minimum number of trained staff and other
requirements are outlined in the SDP-ES Program Competency Exhibit.
Marketing
NVIDIA Brand Compliance
Partners must comply with the NPN Brand Guidelines, located on the NPN Portal. All partner
materials that include NVIDIA brand or product references must be aligned to NVIDIA messaging
and approved by NVIDIA Partner Marketing prior to publication. Failure to do so may result in NPN
Program termination.

Marketing Planning and Reviews
Eligible partners will meet with their NVIDIA Partner Marketing Manager to develop a collaborative
marketing plan, subject to a mutually agreed upon go-to-market plan. The plan will include mutually
agreed upon marketing initiatives, that may include events and activities to drive leads and enhance
visibility of the partnership and/or solutions with NVIDIA. This plan must be reviewed and approved
by NVIDIA marketing before execution.
Marketing Champion
Partners are required to designate a Marketing Manager to work with NVIDIA on marketing plans
and activities, including campaigns, events, and lead management.
Partner Presence on NVIDIA.com
To be featured on NVIDIA.com, partners must identify a landing page on their company website.
The landing page, including all mentions of NVIDIA, NVIDIA solutions, or NPN Programs, must
adhere to the NPN Brand Guidelines and be approved by NVIDIA marketing prior to publication.
Training and Enablement
NVIDIA Trained Professionals
Partners must complete training requirements to achieve program compliance. Specific training
requirements, including the number of individuals required to complete the training and pass the
associated exam, are identified in the respective SDP-ES Program Competency Exhibit. Training
must be completed within sixty (60) days of signing the Competency Exhibit. As curricula are
refreshed, partners must also complete the new training(s) and pass the associated exam(s) within
sixty (60) days of the launch. All training is available on the NPN Portal.
Instructor Certification and Renewals
Partners are required to certify two (2) instructors to teach selected workshops. Some workshops
may only be taught by NVIDIA certified instructors, which the partner can contract as needed. For
more information, please reference the Deep Learning Institute (DLI) Certified Instructor Program
(CIP) Guide available on developer.nvidia.com, or work with your NVIDIA representative. Instructors
are expected to maintain (minimum) certification status on an annual basis.
Other Training
SDP-ES Program partners may be required to complete additional NVIDIA platform or solutions
training relevant to this program and pass any associated exam(s). NVIDIA will review training
completion requirements annually.
Quarterly Training Plan and Deliverables
SDP-ES partners must develop and review a quarterly training schedule with their NVIDIA
representative. This should include upcoming DLI workshops scheduled by the partner and led by
NVIDIA certified instructors. The Training Schedule Template can be downloaded from the NPN

Support
DLI Workshop Support
Partners are responsible for all facility preparation efforts and should download the DLI Workshop
Set Up Guidelines available on the NPN Portal. Partners are also responsible for providing DLI
platform access, instruction, and support for attendees to test and troubleshoot connectivity in
advance, as well as providing support during and after the workshop.

General Information
NPN Program Terms
This program guide, including all future updates, is incorporated into the NVIDIA Partner Network
Master Agreement and is an integral part thereto. Although NVIDIA attempts to ensure the
accuracy of the information contained in this SDP-ES Program guide, occasional corrections or
updates may be required. NVIDIA reserves the right to update the NPN Program and this program
guide at its sole discretion. Changes to the NPN Program will be communicated via your NVIDIA
representative, NPN Portal, or newsletter.
From time to time, NVIDIA may make other benefits or programs available that are
not explicitly cited here. These may include, but are not limited to, promotions, website
features, press releases, or other marketing or sales activities. If an NPN partner is invited and
desires to participate in these programs or additional benefits, NVIDIA may provide
additional program terms or policies.
