WHISTLE BLOWER PROTECTION GUIDELINES
This project whistle blower protection guidelines is to guarantee full protection of anyone who will report incidences associated to the
project and the following policy guidelines shall apply:-
1. No disciplinary or legal action will be taken against anyone reporting in good faith violations of the code of conduct for
contractors, managers and employees.
2. On submission of potentially serious violations of the code of conduct (i.e. those that are could lead to imprisonment or
termination), the perpetrator and victim maybe given compulsory leave on full pay until an investigation has been completed.
3. Reporting persons are not subject to disciplinary action for factual statements or for errors made in good faith. Intentional false
accusations are prohibited, and offenders may be subject to disciplinary action, including termination.
4. It is expressly forbidden for the contractor, supervisor or KeNHA or their staff to retaliate in any way against someone making
a submission. The employee shall not be discharged, demoted, suspended, threatened, harassed or in any manner discriminated
against an employee in the terms and conditions of employment based upon any lawful actions of such employee with respect
to good faith submissions, participation in a related investigation or otherwise. Any employee who engages in prohibited
retaliation is subject to strict disciplinary action, up to and including termination. In the event an employee believes that he or
she is the subject of such retaliation, the employee may report such retaliation through the company structure, the Grievance
process or to the RE or Director of Special programs.
