We, ATLANTIC TRADERS MINING DRC, with full corporate responsibility hereby issue
this FCO and confirm that we are allocation and/or title holders with our refineries/importers,
and that we are ready, willing and able to enter into a Sales and Purchase Transaction with
your esteemed company for the Product, and terms and conditions, as detailed below:
GASOIL EN590 -50PPM, 5000MT, EX-TANK, LUBUMBASHI, DRC:
Commodity Diesel 50PPM
Uplift 5,000MT
Spot quantity 5,000MT
Price $1,27 per liter
Basis Ex-tank, Lubumbashi, DRC
Payment Pre-Payment on spot purchase
NOTE:
Offer only valid while Stocks lasts – First come First Serve. The First orders from the
Buyers are treated as SPOT deals, with NO guarantee yet for weekly supply immediately
afterwards. Providing Fuel in the following weeks, will all depend on stock levels after
the first week of uplifting. New Imports and next deliveries to DRC can be better planned
once we have had this first 2 weeks of trading and uplifting and have seen then the speed
of uplifting and efficiency at the Depot.

EX-TANK PROCEDURES – NON-NEGOTIABLE:
1. Seller issues FCO, which Buyer accepts and signs and returns together with:
• Proof of Funds (POF) verifiable (alternatively discuss this matter with Seller).
• Upliftment Schedule (Truck nominations with Driver information) for Weekly
order.
• Company profile/CIS.
2. Seller verifies the POF and issues the Commercial Invoice (CI) for the spot order
upliftment; Buyer accepts, signs and returns the CI.
3. Seller submits the Upliftment Schedule to the Importer/Depot for processing.
4. The Upliftment Schedule, with the Load Authorization Number for each Truck, is
submitted to the Buyer within 24 hours.
5. Buyer sends trucks to the depot to uplift the Diesel.
6. Seller has a manager on ground at the Depot, to assist the trucks to load. Truck drivers
must make sure that they make contact with the Manager there on site, and “book in”
with him.
Please note:
The Depot will only load trucks when the Manager of Seller has “booked in” the truck for
loading upon its arrival.
