KKD.

Present: Sh. Shresth Kaushik, proxy Counsel for the complainant.


Ld. Counsel for the complainant seeks time to move an application seeking
substitution of AR alongwith Authority Letter, Power of Attorney and PSE affidavit.
It is made clear that all the documents shall be filed through e-filing portal at
least one week prior to the next date of hearing and hard copy of the same shall be handed
over to the Reader/Ahlmad of the Court.
Put up for consideration/cognizance and appearance of complainant on
21.04.2025.
