Present: Mohd. Talib Saifi, Ld. Counsel for the complainant
(through VC).

Summons issued to accused received back unserved


with the report ‘insufficient address’.
Perusal of record reveals that there are two additional
address of accused persons which have been filed by the bank
witness.
The summons have not been served on the said
addresses. Issue fresh summons to the accused on the other said
addresses through all permissible modes including electronic
mode on filing of PF/RC/AD/speed post returnable on 25.07.2025.
PF be filed within 15 days from today. Complainant is SURBHI
SHARMA
directed to mention the addresses in the PF form.
