IV. COURSE OUTCOMES
A. Course Description
This course aims to provide the graduate students with a basic knowledge in educational laws which are essential in managing a school. This basic knowledge
includes designation and sources of educational laws, goals, aims and objectives of education, rights, duties and obligations of the members of the academic
community, prohibited acts and transactions and omissions.

V. COURSE REQUIREMENTS
• Class Attendance. This should not be less than 80%. Students are only allowed to incur 2 absences for the whole term.

• Homework / Assignments. This may be hand written or computerized and be submitted on the specified date. It may also be done using a computer to be sent to the
instructor through email.
