SUBJECT: APPLICATION FOR ISSUANCE OF SUPREME COURT
ENROLMENT CERTIFICATE
Dear Sir,
It is submitted that the Applicant is an advocate enrolled for
Lower Court Advocate w.e.f. 22.10.2013 and High Court Advocate
w.e.f. 05.01.2016 having more than 11 years standing. The name of
the Applicant is borne on the Roll of Advocates of the High Court
maintained by the Sindh Bar Council. The Applicant is not in arrears of
dues of this Bar Council, no proceeding for professional misconduct is
initiated or pending against the Applicant nor the Applicant has ever
been guilty of professional or other misconduct. The High Court of
Sindh has already granted fitness certificate to the Applicant for
enrollment as an Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan.
In view of the above, It is requested that requisite certificate as
prescribed in Form "A" clause 2 of Pakistan Bar Council would be
issued to the Applicant to apply for enrollment as an Advocate of
Supreme Court for which fee of Rs.2500/-has been deposited.
