Best Practices on Implementation of Learning Delivery Mode

1. Aside from paper and pencil test, do you have contextualized system of assessing the
performance of the learners?
 Yes, pupils document their activities through the help of their parents or elders and
send the videos of performed activities to their teachers.
 Teachers use rubric to assess pupils output and performances using the appropriate
indicators.

2. What are your best practices on the implementation of learning delivery mode in your
school?
 Parents/guardians are the one responsible in getting modules in school in the
scheduled date and time but if they failed to get the modules, teachers will deliver it to
their respective houses observing health protocols.
 Queries and conversation are through group chat, text and call.
 Providing supplementary materials for pupils who lagged behind.
 Conducting one on one home visitation observing health protocols to test their
performance level especially pupils who are lagged behind.
