Using Online Data

Data Acquisition

Computer with internet access


Spreadsheet software (e.g.. Microsoft Excel. Google Sheets)
Access to online climate databases:
India Meteorological Department (IMD): They provide historical weather data and
reports. Visit IMD's website for data access.
National Climate Data Center (NCDC): The NCDC has global climate data. Check
their website or use NOAA's Climate Data Online for data.
World Weather Online: This site offers historical weather data. Go to World Weather
Online and search for your area.

Data Processing

Open the downloaded CSV file in Excel or Google Sheets.
