1. Heard. Issue notice. Learned counsel for plaintiff
accepts notice and submits that he has not been supplied

3. As per office note, nothing fresh filed. Written
statement has been filed by defendant no.15 only. Written
statement of defendant no.6 and 7 is still not on record.
4. Learned counsel for defendant nos. 3 & 4 submits
that his written statement is lying under objections.
Appropriate steps in this regard be taken positively within
a week.
5. Written statement has been filed by defendant no.1,
however, an application for condonation of delay in re-
filing is pending adjudication. The right of defendant nos.5
& 13 to file written statement was closed on 09.02.2024.
6. Defendant nos.2, 8, 9, 10 to 12, 14 & 19 were served
through publication in the newspaper dated 20.12.2023.
Written statements have not been filed by the aforesaid
defendants till date. The right of defendant nos.2, 8 to 12,
14 & 19 to file written statement is closed.
7. Defendant nos.16 to 18 shall file written statement
in accordance with the provisions of law. Replication be
filed as per law.
8. List for completion of pleadings on 24.03.2025.
