under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC in RTS Appeal No.
3/2023 Before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tal-
Mangaon, Distt- Raigad.

Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that a RTS Appeal bearing No.


3/2023 has been filed before the Sub-Divisional Officer,
Mangaon by the Appellant Viz. Sakharam Dhondu Dhaoul
against Rajaram Damu Pawar and Ors hereinafter
referred as a Respondents regarding the Gat No.110, A/p
Yelwade, Talathi Saja- Tasgaon, Tal – Mangaon, Dsitt-
Raigad wherein pursual of order by Thasildar, Mangaon
followed by the Circle officer – Tasgaon has been
recorded Mutation Entry No. 1974. Thereafter while
recording the Mutation aforesaid responded intentionally
concealed and submit the malaise affidavit contain that
respondent are the only legal heirs of Deassed therein.,
hence accordance to that concerned officer record and
approved disputed Mutation entry.

That concerning to the matter you have purchased said


disputed agriculture land thereafter you and Respondents
were register and executed the Sale agreement vide
No.401/2023 Before the Joint Sub Registrar and
Assurance office, Mangaon.

That aforesaid agreement not binding on us but due to


process your presence is crucial for the court to
effectively adjudicate the matter in RTS Appeal 3/2023.

In light of the above, you are hereby requested to appear


before Sub-Divisional Officer, Tal- Mangaon on
06/03/2025 at 11:00 am to be formally added as a
respondent in the aforementioned civil suit under Order 1
Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC).

If you fail to appear before the court within the stipulated


time, the court may proceed with the case in your
absence, and any orders passed may be binding upon
you.

Hence this notice.
