Scene 1: Bago ang Sakuna
(Listening to the news)
Newscaster (Kassandra): Ang bagyo Delubio ay papalapit na may malakas na pag -ulan at
malakas na hangin, na nagiging sanhi ng paglisan at pinsala sa pag -aari. Hinihikayat ng mga
awtoridad ang mga residente na maghanda ng mga plano sa paglisan at protektahan ang kanilang
mga pag -aari. Ang mga ulat ng meteorological ay hinuhulaan ang bagyo ay magpapalakas,

Jeanny: Ate!! Tulungan daw natin si nanay maghanda!
Angel: Ha? Sino may birthday?
Jeanny: Hindi! Tulungan daw natin si nanay magbuhat ng gamit kasi may bagyo daw.
Angel: Ganun ba, sige² sandali lang banlawan kulng tung damit ko.
Jeanny: cge² puntahan ko muna si kuya (Pinuntahan si Justine)
Jeanny: Kuya!
Justine: Guys sa mid! Oyy yung tore!! Patayin nyo!!
Jeanny: Kuya!
Justine: Ano?
Jeanny: Tulungan daw natin si nanay maghanda.
Justine: Sa susunod pang buwan ang birthday ko ah.
Jeanny: Hindi! Magliligpit tayo ng gamit kasi may paparating na bagyo.
Justine: Sige² bababa ako pagkatapos nito.
Jeanny: Ngayon na sabi ni nanay!
Justine: Malapit na sandali lang!
Jeanny: Nay! Si kuya ayaw daw tumulong.
Gelly: Justine! Bababa ka o kakantusan kita? Mamili ka.
Justine: Badtrip, Opo bababa napo!
(Naglipit ng mga gamit at nagbuhat nga appliances papuntang 2nd floor)

Scene 2: Habang Sakuna
(Malakas na ulan at Hangin)
Jeanny: Hala yung bubong ng cr lumipad!
Angel: At least hindi yung kubita
Jeanny: Ate naman!
Angel: Charurut
Justine: Pano nako makaka ihi nyan?
Angel: Ay, para namang may sisilip sayo.
(After the typhoon and during the flood)
Angel: Roch!
Rochelle: yes?
Angel: Baha ba sa inyo?
Rochelle: Yes beh! bahang baha talaga Dito sa Amin beh!

Gelly: Mga anak!
Jeanny: Ano yun nay?
Gelly: Tulungan nyu nga ako magbalik nga mga gamit. Tawagin mo narin si ate at kuya mo.
Jeanny: Opo nay (Tinawag si angel at justine)
Jeanny: Ate! Kuya! tulungan daw natin si nanay magbalik ng gamit.
Angel: Sige
Justine:Cge (Nag ligpit ng mga gamit)
Angel: Pano na yan wala na yung bubong natin.
Gelly: Ok lng yan anak, yung bubong pweding palitan, pero ang buhay hindi na. Kaya dapat
thankful parin tayo na ligtas tayo.
Angel: Opo nay, palitan nalang natin ng maganda! Tuloy parin ang buhay kahit walang bubong
yung cr HAHAHAHA.
(Tumawa si Angel, Justine at Jeanny)

Narrator (Kassandra): A beautiful morning to attend school. The sun shines brightly, casting
dappled shadows on the ground beneath a large tree. A bench sits invitingly under its branches,
and a winding path leads through the school grounds. A new student, Tanaka, is sitting on the
bench, intently studying a map with a furrowed brow. Four friends—Akira, Mei, Anya, and
Suzune—are walking by, their laughter echoing in the crisp morning air.
Akira (Sherene): (noticing Tanaka) Chottomattekudasai! That lady looks like she’s having some
trouble. Let’s go check on her.
Mei (Gl): (nodding) Hai, she might need some help.
Suzune (Jennelyn): Let’s go!
(The four friends approach Tanaka with warm smiles, and their friendly demeanor is evident.)
Akira (Sherene): Ohayōgozaimasu! Watashinonamaeha Akiradesu, and these are my friends.
Tanaka (Klien): Ohayō!
Akira (Sherene): (respectfully) Can we help you with anything?
Tanaka (Klien): (looking up, smiling) Oh, arigato. I’m looking at this map, but I seem to have
gotten lost.
Mei (Gl): (gently) Where are you trying to go? We can guide you.
Tanaka (Klien): (gratefully) Really? I want to go to the library nearby, but I can’t find the way.
Suzune (Jennelyn): (cheerfully) The library is just around the corner! We can go there together.
Anya (Ashley): (respectfully) If you don’t mind, may we sit with you? We’d be happy to help.
Tanaka (Klien): (smiling warmly) Of course. I appreciate your kindness.
(They all sit on the bench, and Akira takes a look at the map, spreading it out between them.)
Akira (Sherene): (pointing) Here’s our location, and the library is straight down this road.
Suzune (Jennelyn): (encouragingly) Issho ni ikimashou!
Anya (Ashley): We will go there with you.
Tanaka (Klien): Oh, thank you so much. It’s my first day here, and I was feeling a bit
overwhelmed.
Mei (Gl): (smiling) We’ve all been there! Starting at a new school can be tough.
Tanaka (Klien): (nodding) Yes, it’s a little intimidating. I’m still trying to find my way around.
Akira (Sherene): (enthusiastically) Don’t worry! We’ll show you all the best spots. The library
is a great place to start.
Scene 2: Going to the Library
Suzune (Jennelyn): (excitedly) What kind of books do you like, Tanaka-san?
Tanaka (Klien): (thoughtfully) I enjoy fantasy and adventure stories. They take me to different
worlds.
Anya (Ashley): (grinning) You’ll love our library then! They have a fantastic collection of
fantasy novels.
Mei (Gl): (playfully) And if you’re lucky, you might even find a hidden treasure map in one of
the books!
(They all laugh, and Tanaka’s smile widens.)
Tanaka (Klien): (chuckling) That would be amazing! I’d love to go on an adventure.
(As they approach the library, the building comes into view, its large windows gleaming in the
sunlight. The architecture is inviting, with ivy climbing up the walls and a large wooden door
that seems to beckon them inside.)
Suzune (Jennelyn): (cheerfully) Here is the library, ma’am.
Tanaka (Klien): (gratefully) Dōmo arigatō. I’m really happy to have friends like you around.
Akira (Sherene): Dōitashimashite! We’re glad to help.
(They walk up the steps to the library entrance, and Tanaka pauses, looking at her new friends.)
Tanaka (Klien): (sincerely) I can’t thank you enough. It’s nice to know that there are friendly
faces here.
Mei (Gl): (encouragingly) We’re always here to help newcomers!
Scene 3: Inside the Library
Anya (Ashley): (gesturing) Look at all the reading spaces! You can find a perfect spot to dive
into a book.
Tanaka (Klien): (eyes wide) This place is amazing! I can’t wait to explore.
Suzune (Jennelyn): (pointing) Over there is the fantasy section! Let’s check it out together.
(They walk over to the fantasy section, and Tanaka’s excitement grows as she scans the colorful
book covers.)
Akira (Sherene): (picking up a book) This one is one of my favorites! It’s about a young girl
who discovers she has magical powers.
Tanaka (Klien): (intrigued) That sounds fascinating! I love stories about magic.
Mei (Gl): (smiling) You should definitely read it!
(As they continue browsing, Tanaka picks up a book with a beautiful cover depicting a dragon.)
Tanaka (Klien): (enthusiastically) This looks like it could be an adventure!
Anya (Ashley): (nodding) That’s a great choice! Dragons always make for exciting stories.
(After a while, they gather at a nearby table, each with a book in hand.)
Suzune (Jennelyn): (curiously) So, what do you think of our school so far, Tanaka-san?
Tanaka (Klien): (thoughtfully) It’s really nice! Everyone has been so welcoming. I feel like I’m
going to enjoy my time here.
Akira (Sherene): (grinning) That’s great to hear! We can show you around more after this if
you’d like.
Tanaka (Klien): (smiling brightly) I would love that!
(They spend some time reading, sharing snippets of their books, and discussing their favorite
characters. Laughter fills the air as they bond over their shared love for stories.)
Mei (Gl): (playfully) We should have a book club!
Anya (Ashley): (excitedly) Yes! We can meet here every week and discuss what we’ve read.
Tanaka (Klien): (enthusiastically) That sounds like so much fun! I’m in!
