GENERAL PURPOSE SILICONE SEALANTS

G2100 is a single component acetic cure silicone sealant which vulcanizes on exposure to moisture in the air
at room temperature, to produce a flexible elastomeric sealant. It is suitable for all common construction and
glazing application. It is easy to apply and offers excellent adhesion to a variety of nonporous substrates such
as glass, glazed ceramic tiles and aluminum. It is resistant to ozone, ultra-violet radiation and temperature
extremes. Can be applied in all temperatures.

GLASS SEALANT SILICONE SEALANT

ASMACO GLASS SEALANT is a premium quality single component room temperature curing acetoxy silicone
sealant designed to meet ISO 11600 25 LM specification. The product gives superior adhesion on glass and
glazing surfaces. The product is resistant to Ozone, UV and temperature extremes. Suitable for all indoor and

HIGH TEMPERATURE ASMACO RTV SEALANT

ASMACO HI–TEMP RTV SILICONE is a single component, non-sag, 100% RTV silicone sealant that cures to
tough, rubbery solid at room temperature upon reaction with moisture in the atmosphere. This high temperature
silicone is formulated to withstand temperatures up to 300oC. It can be used in numerous sealing and bonding
applications.

Uses

Asmaco 2890-SL Silicone Joint Sealant can be used for concrete to concrete and concrete to asphaltpavement
joints.
For use in new construction, repair or remedial applications. Asmaco 2890-SL Silicone Joint Sealant can be
used to seal irregularly shaped joints.

ASMACO 2650 is a single component neutral curing silicone sealant which vulcanizes on exposure to moisture
in the air at room temperature, to produce a flexible low modulus elastometric sealant. It has excellent adhesion
to most common building materials like glass, glazed surface, painted wood, aluminium and other metals,
masonry, concrete, GRP, uPVC, and some plastics. Asmaco 2650 is non corrosive hence suitable for applica-
tion where bare metals are used. Excellent resistance to weathering, moisture, ozone etc... Suitable for interior
and exterior applications.

ALL WEATHER SEALANT SILICONE SEALANT

ASMACO 2670 is a single part neutral curing silicone weather sealant with unprimed adhesion to most of the
porous and non-porous construction materials like Concrete masonary, uPVC, Glass, EPDM Aluminium,
Polycarbonate, Acrylic plastics, Wood etc. The non-staining property of the product makes it suitable for
Marble and Granite applications. The product is tested and certified for ISO 11600 F-20-LM. This product is
suitable for cladding, glazing and curtain wall applications. ASMACO 2670 is a low VOC product that meets

SILICONE SEALANT JOINT SEALANT

ASMACO 2800 is a single component, low odour neutral cure Silicone Sealant which is particularly suitable for
indoor and outdoor applications. This is high bonding, low modulus sealant and offers durable adhesion to most
porous and non porous substrates including masonry, brick, aluminium, U-PVC, Polycarbonate, Polyacrylate,
wood, EPDM, glass, and glazed surfaces. The product confirms to ISO 11600-F&G-25 LM and is resistant to
Ozone, UV and temperature extremes. The product is formulated to resist mold and mildew where high humidi-
ty and temperature exist. No primer required for most substrates. 2800 is a low VOC product that meets green
building requirements.

SILICONE SEALANT STRUCTURAL GLAZING

ASMACO 2880 is a single component low odour neutral cure silicone sealant which is particularly suitable
structural glazing and cladding applications. This is a high bonding sealant and offers a durable adhesion to
most porous and non porous construction materials including glass, metals and most plastics. The product non
corrosive and is resistant to ozone, UV and temperature extremes. 2880 is a low VOC product that meets green
building requirements.

SELF LEVELING SEALANT NEUTRAL CURE

Asmaco 2890 SL is a single component, low odor neutral cure Self-leveling silicone sealant for concrete and
concrete to asphalt pavement joints. This is a high bonding sealant and offers a durable adhesion to most
porous and non-porous construction material. The product non corrosive and is resistant to Ozone, UV and
temperature extremes. Asmaco 2890-SL is a Self-Leveling Silicone Joint Sealant that cures to an ultra-low
modulus silicone rubber upon exposure to atmospheric moisture. The cured silicone rubber remains flexible
from -30 to 185º C. Asphaltic paving materials have low tensile strengths.

ACRYLIC SEALANT

ACRYLIC CAULK (ASMACRYL 47) is a mono component elastoplastic sealing putty based on acrylic aqueous
dispersion for joints between construction parts subjected to moderate stress. ASMACRYL 47 is ready for use
and seals internal or external joints on porous surfaces such as concrete, plaster, asbestos, cementitious
material, brickwork, cement, wood. It is not recommended for joints in continuous contact with water. Asmacryl
47 is a low VOC products which meets green building requirements.

SILICONIZED ACRYLIC DUCT SEALANT

ASMACRYL 52 is a single component gun grade sealant formulated from high quality acrylic emulsions and
special fillers. Hence, the product is easy to apply and efficiently seals joints of AC ventilation and ducts. It is
ready to use air drying sealant and effectively seals internal and external joints. Asmacryl 52 can be used for
sealing all low movement joints. Asmacryl 52 is asbestos free and will not adversely effect plastic materials or
corrode metals. It does not have any adverse effect to human skin. Ideal for used on HVAC ducting application
Sealing of duct holes, insulation foam joints, Aluminium, MS or Galvanized metal ducts etc. Asmacryl 52 is a low
VOC product and meets the green building requirements.

B2-FIRE RETARDANT ACRYLIC SEALANT

ASMACRYL 55 is a single component gun grade fire retardent sealant based on acrylic emulsions, suitably
formulated by using special additives and chemicals. The product is easy to apply and seals joints between
construction parts subjected to moderate stress. It is ready to use and seals internal and external joints in
porous substrates such as concrete, plastics, asbestos, cement, brick work and wood. Asmacryl-55 can be
used for sealing all low movement joints and restricts the passage of fire and smoke from room to room and to
escape routes. The sealant is water-based and free from chlorine. The product is paintable. Asmacryl 55 is a
low VOC product and meets the green building requirements.

SOLVENT FREE GRAB ADHESIVE

ECOGRAB AS100 is a solvent-free acrylic grab adhesive used for bonding mouldings, profiles, frames,
skirtings, PVC, decorative panels, tiles expanded polystyrene onto all types of substrates. Nail free fixing. Ideal
for bonding mirrors. All purpose adhesive for interior decorations and construction industries. Easy to use
product with high filling capacity, fills gap on uneven substrates till 5mm. Excellent bonding strength on most of
substrates like concrete, steel, wood, plaster boards, glass and most synthetic materials. Fast setting. No
rusting. No more wall piercing. Withstands temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C. Ecograb is a low VOC

ASMACO PU 72 WINDSCREEN SEALANT

Asmaco PU 72 is an excellent, non-sag, one-component, flexible and high performance polyurethane adhesive
that cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a tough, durable adhesive. it is non conductive allowing
the correct bonding to glass incorporating radio antenna or additional electrical equipment. Asmaco PU 72 is a
versatile elastic Polyurethane based Adhesive for the bonding of front, side and rear glasses used in Commer-
cial/Industrial vehicles. Suitable for elastic structural bonding (assembly of various materials which are subjected
to high thermal and dynamic stress) in the Transportation Industry. It bonds and seals at the same time and has
a short tack free and cutting time. It has a good green strength and initial load bearing capacity. It adds torsional
stiffness to the final assembly, dampens vibration and sound and is resistant to shock / impact. Sort drive away

ASMACO PU 81 Bus Truck Rail SEALANT

ASMACO PU 81 is a high-quality multipurpose non-sag one component polyurethane sealant suitable for
various bonding and sealing applications in transport industry like bus, truck, rail, boats etc. It cures on
exposure to atmospheric humidity to form a durable elastomeric bond which can withstand tortional and impact
loads. The product meets the requirements of ASTM C920 types and ISO 11600 Classification F 25 HM. It
bonds well to a wide variety of substrates and is suitable for making permanent elastic seals of high adhesive
strength. Suitable substrate materials are timber, metals, metal primers and paint coatings and ceramic materi-
als . Asmaco PU 81 is suitable for elastic structural bonding (assembly of various materials which are subjected
to high thermal and dynamic stress) in the Transportation Industry. its high viscosity it guarantee a very high

ASMACO PU 90 is a moisture-curing, one component, polyurethane-based, non-sag elastomeric low modulus sealant formulated to suit
most demanding construction sealing applications. It is highly resilient and has excellent recovery characteristics. It can function under
wide range of temperatures. Used in sealing movement joints in precast concrete construction, balcony parapets, bridge culverts,
retaining walls, etc. for caulking joints around windows, doors, skirting, walls and floor joints.

Asmaco PU 90 is tested and certified to meet the most demanding sealant specifications viz ASTM C 920 and ISO 11600. It is low VOC
to meet green building requirements and safe to use with potable water.

ASMACOAT WP 900

ASMACOAT WP 900 is a liquid applied, coal tar modified single-component moisture curing polyure-
thane coating. It is designed to form a seamless, elastomeric waterproofing membrane. When fully
cured ASMACOAT WP 900 forms a permanently flexible waterproof lining to most of building surfaces
including reinforced concrete, block works, brick works, cement render, plaster boards, and fibre
reinforced cement boards.
It has excellent properties like high elasticity, very good crack bridging and impermeability to water
vapour which makes it capable of effectively waterproofing even in the most demanding conditions.

ASMACO GOLD FIRE RETARDANT PU FOAM (B1)

ASMACO GOLD PU FIRE RETARDANT B1 FOAM is a quick setting single component polyurethane foam with
fire retardant properties. Due to its high degree of fire rating slow down the passage of flames and smoke and
provides a fire rated seal around window and door frames. It cured at ambient temperature by reacting with
atmospheric moisture and on curing it exhibits excellent adhesion to wood, metals door/window frames, glass,
painted surfaces, some plastics, concrete, plasters etc... Due to its closed cell structure, cured foam is resistant
to water absorption. Cured foam dries rigid and can be trimmed, shaped and sanded. It has excellent thermal
insulation characteristics and can be used for insulating hot/cold water piping, refrigerating systems etc.

ASMACO GOLD FIRE RETARDANT PU FOAM (B2)

ASMACO GOLD FIRE RETARDANT B2 FOAM with CFC Free Propellant. I’ts a ready to use, one-component,
self expanding, fire retardant sealing foam based on 1k Polyurethane technology. It hardens at ambient
temperatures to a low density mass by reacting with atmospheric moisture and on curing it exhibits excellent
adhesion to wood, metals door/window frames, glass, painted surfaces, some plastics, concrete, plasters etc...
Microcellular structure of the foam reveals a majority closed cell structure, hence cured foam is resistant to
water absorption. It has excellent thermal insulation characteristicsand can be used for insulating hot/cold water
piping, refrigerating systems etc.
