Objective/s A Career Guidance Program helps individuals make informed
career choices and develop the necessary skills to succeed in
their chosen fields. Here are its key objectives:
1. Self-Discovery & Awareness – Help individuals
understand their interests, strengths, values, and
personality traits to align with suitable career options.
2. Career Exploration – Provide information about different
career paths, job roles, industry trends, and future career
opportunities.
3. Skill Development – Equip individuals with essential skills
such as communication, problem-solving, leadership, and
technical competencies.
4. Decision-Making Support – Assist in making informed
career decisions based on personal interests, skills, and
labor market demands.
5. Educational Planning – Guide students in selecting
