2) Comments:
The student draws on a very good range of theories to
support the analysis. The presentation is logical and
the report is very well written, There is clear integration
and analysis of the theoretical and conceptual
frameworks and models relating to International HRM.
Overall a very good attempt. The work displays
thorough mastery of the relevant learning outcomes.
3) Areas for Further Development:
Critical Analysis:
Use of sound arguments or theoretical models.
However there can be scope for more critical analysis.
Some of the barriers, pros and cons of the OL and Lo
are not present.
Referencing
The sources are varied but there are errors in
referencing style and Harvard style should be used to
enhance the presentation.
