“RESOLUTION ALLOWING THE CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL IN


THE BARANGAY OWNED PROPERTY AT PUROK 5 BARANGAY DAGUMA,
BAGUMBAYAN, SULTAN KUDARAT FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF KALAHI
CIDSS NCDDP-AF DISASTER RESPONSE OPERATION
MODALITY/PROCEDURE UNDER THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE
AND DEVELOPMENT (DSWD) XII.”

WHEREAS, The Community decided to propose CONSTRUCTION OF


DRAINAGE CANAL.

WHEREAS, The proposed sub-project was prioritized during the Expanded


Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (BDRRMC) Meeting on
November 21, 2023.

WHEREAS, The proposed sub-project will improve the living condition of the
community especially on health and sanitation through proposed CONSTRUCTION
OF DRAINAGE CANAL.

WHEREAS, The proposed Site of the sub-project is a Barangay owned


property located at Purok 5, Barangay Daguma, Bagumbayan, Sultan Kudarat.
WHEREAS, The Barangay Council is allowing the DSWD KALAHI CIDSS
NCDDP-AF DROM/P to implement the CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL
amounting to Seven Hundred Twelve Thousand and Nine Hundred Pesos Only
(Php 712, 900.00)

NOWTHEREFORE, upon the motion of Barangay Kagawad RYAN T.


PARCON and duly seconded by the body, be it.

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to allow under barangay-owned property


to CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL at Purok 5, Daguma, Bagumbayan,
Sultan Kudarat for KALAHI CIDSS NCDDP-AF DROMP/P under the department of
Social Welfare and Development.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVE; this 23rd day of November, 2023.
