The Cancer Free Menu
BREAKFAST Overnight Oats with Chia seeds and Berries
Add oats, milk or non-dairy milk alternative,
(FIRST MEAL) greek yogurt, chia seeds and protein powder to
a jar or airtight container. Place in the fridge
overnight and enjoy in the morning!

SNACKS 2% Greek Yogurt with Banana

Chicken & Chickpea Green Goddess Salad


LUNCH
Marinate chicken in crushed Dressing:
(SECOND MEAL) garlic, Italian seasoning, red 1/2 avocado
wine vinegar and salt. Grill 4 tsp tahini sauce
chicken until cooked. Puree 1/3 c. milk
dressing ingredients until 1T red wine vinegar
smooth. Add to spring 2T chives
greens, carrots, chickpeas, 1T parsley
cucumber & feta. 1/2 tsp salt

SNACKS Cottage Cheese & Chopped Tomatoes

DINNER Shrimp & Vegetable Skillet


Toss shrimp in olive oil, cajun seasoning, salt and
(THIRD MEAL) paprika. Cook shrimp in high heat skillet and then
remove. Add garlic and olive oil with vegetable of
choice and season with salt & pepper. Add shrimp
back in and mix before enjoying.

NOTES You can prep the same recipe for 2-3 meals so you
are prepared for the rest of the week!

BREAKFAST Overnight Oats with Chia seeds and Berries
(FIRST MEAL) Add oats, milk or non-dairy milk alternative,
greek yogurt, chia seeds and protein powder to
a jar or airtight container. Place in the fridge
overnight and enjoy in the morning!

Protein Balls
SNACKS 3/4 c of nut butter, 1/3 c protein powder, 1/2 c
oatmeal, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp chia seeds. Roll into
balls and store in refrigerator.

LUNCH Chicken & Chickpea Green Goddess Salad


Marinate chicken in crushed Dressing:
(SECOND MEAL) garlic, Italian seasoning, red 1/2 avocado
wine vinegar and salt. Grill 4 tsp tahini
chicken until cooked. Puree sauce
dressing ingredients until 1/3 c. buttermilk
smooth. Add to spring 1T red wine
greens, carrots, chickpeas, vinegar
cucumber & feta. 2T chives
1T parsley
1/2 tsp salt

SNACKS Cottage Cheese & Chopped Tomatoes

DINNER Salmon, Rice and Asparagus


Coat salmon with olive oil and season with salt &
(THIRD MEAL) pepper. Add skin side down to a roasting pan and
bake in a preheated oven at 425 for 10 mins. Top
with lemon juice and fresh dill or parsley. Place on
a bed of cooked rice with a side of grilled
asparagus seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic
powder.
